Okay, so first let me start by saying I never review businesses on google-none-especially not a grocery store at that. However, the employees at this store are incredibly friendly. I dont know what theyre giving the employees here, but whatever it is, its good. Ive been going here for the past year, and even though its not the fanciest grocery store with the most product (not a ton of organic, health conscious food), they by far have the best customer service. The cashiers are happy to help you find items and every time I go through the check out line, they smile and start conversation. They also banter playfully with each other, which is refreshing to see in the service industry.

NEVER would have believed I would be writing a review in praise of Food Lion! I hated the nasty...Food Lion on Jefferson Ave. and Pilot House Dr. Poor service, dirty and very unpleasant experience hands down. I switched to Farm Fresh for years until I found this Food Lion. Clean, much better quality of food, friendly staff and plenty of parking. I shop here every week and for short stock up visits between. Further to drive, but well worth it.

We do our grocery shopping here we pick up odds and ends when we need them because its the best and closest place to us we could go to other places but we choose to come to Food Lion
