So, I bought this overpriced screen protector that cracked at the top due to a large air bubble. Left from a crappy installation by an employee. Spoke to someone by the name of Jill. Based on her dress; Im assuming she was a manager. I had been there two other times once to buy an iPhone 6s which an associate by the name of Linn was helpful, but there were a few things she failed to explain on my receipt like the insurance for my phone that I didnt need. She also did a sloppy job putting on my screen protector. So I came back by the following day to have it adjusted which left two air bubble at the top. An air bubble on the left side caused the tempered glass protector to crack. I had then called and spoke with an associate who was helpful and kind his name was Mike. He said that I could just replace it there. But Jill being the wonder person she was awful assistance. I drove out of my way to get there to be told to contact customer support. Now I didnt apply this screen protector, someone else did. If customer service for BodyGuards tells me its due to failed application, Im going to dial up At&t corporate. This was precisely the kind of customer service you love to hate. So... You have no choice to get your phone from these guys, but NEVER BUY THEIR ACCESSORIES. They are OVERPRICED and their never accommodating.

I am sooooo unhappy with the service I received. Initially I thought I was getting a good deal until I realized (after the fact) I was lied to. I went to get some information about possibly adding a new line (for my teenager) onto my current phone line. Instead of the sales rep being honest and providing the correct information about my usage they told me I was using less. They offered me a plan where it would work out money wise or so I thought. I went from having unlimited data which they insisted it was not to 6gb of data to share between my teenager and myself. This would have been fine if I was actually averaging about 3gb usage like they said instead of damn near 5 . I am very aware of teens and their phone usage and I do not need to stress myself unnecessarily. Thanks to the 2 employees that i had the pleasure of getting help from at this location i now have to worry or spend more money to have more data. ALSO I called on Friday to speak to a manager. I was told they will call me Saturday morning, it is Monday night and I am still waiting....O and I can not switch back to my old plan because it was a grandfather( does not exist anymore) plan that I had.DO NOT GO HERE THE WILL LIE JUST SO THEY CAN GET THAT DOLLAR

I wish I could give the AT&T store at 951 zero stars. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for years. My phone is not working, so I decided to upgrade it today. I go to the store today, none of the employees greeted me. I asked a customer if anyone worked there, she did not know. I greeted the MANAGER and asked if they were helping customers. She was the only employee not helping anyone or doing any work. She was texting on her phone and said that someone would help me. She didnt even say "Hello" back. She just sat behind the desk texting. So I left and told my husband. He said I should go back, because I need a new phone. When I returned, she was changing the floor display, and refused to speak to me AGAIN. Two new groups of customers came in and she greeted them. I never met her before, and I do not know why she would not help me. I reached out to AT&T, because I want the owner to know how her manager treats customers. I think every customer should be greeted and I deserve an apology from the person who insulted me. I will repost another review with how AT&T responds.

Very rude from the manager on down! As previously stated numerous times by several other postings the employees dont greet. When you walk in all the way to the back in their huddling corner you have to speak first otherwise they just keep on helping each other with their side conversations. I then start to speak and the rude manager acts like Im bothering her and interrupts. Someone will be with you. Why? Fifteen minutes later no help. And guess what? The manager and her employees still chatting and laughing in the corner while maybe two other employees helping customers. I finally figured it out on my own and left the store. I was on here checking the reviews thinking they have to have bad reviews. YEP!! Beware for ugly dont bother me looks we just work here not here to help looks. From the curly head manager on DOWN. Rude selves!!

The two young 20 yr old looking girls didnt know what to do when I can in with issues with an update. My phone updated and it take a minute or more just to bring up the phone or messages. I said I already did reset.. They said if it doesnt help to come in. She said my best advice to give you because I have know clue is to just wait for another update or drive to our tech office which is over 1 hour away. So Im suppose to drive an hour for them to maybe see whats going on with my phone service! At&t here is ridiculous and not happy with them since moving here. Thinking of looking into switching services!

I was hoping the bad reviews for this store were just people who get angered for no reason. I consider myself a very reasonable customer, comparatively of course. This store really does have rude representatives who offer no solutions... and have a lack of knowledge. In a statement about my desire to swap my phone one representative said to a co-worker, "if thats what makes "them" happy" as if it were some kind of showdown between customers and employees... would definitely give a 0 if I could.

I went in looking to change my plan from Verizon.. I was the only customer in there and the staff stood around chatting with each other and ignoring me completely. When I finally approached them to get some information and told them I was looking to change from Verizon, the staff person actually said "Why would you want to do that?" I was stunned. I just turned around and walked out. I stuck with my Verizon folks.

I went into the store to make a purchase and possibly make some changes to my account. After being there for about 30 minutes I decided to leave. I was not even acknowledged and felt very unwelcome, as if I were a bother and did not matter at all. I would suggest visiting another store because they paid no attention at all to me, and let a customer leave without saying a word.

In summary, I had a great experience. I was hesitant to go into this store based on the prior reviews/feedback but in my case, the staff was extremely helpful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and my phone purchase was handled in a timely manner. The whole staff seemed personable and also knowledgeable of all of my options. I will be returning. Thanks!
