I bought fried chicken there yesterday and many other groceries. When I got home I found some of the chicken had been fried improperly, the skin was lifted up, the meat like leather and very greasy. I brought it back and they exchanged it with fresh chicken. I went home , again, opened it up and it had the exact same problem. So I go back to Red Front for the THIRD time and the old short lady in the deli area got angry with ME!!!! She said they would only replace the bad thigh and that was all I was getting. This being my third trip I was upset and just asked for my money back at this point, she said no they dont refund money at this store. Dont buy anything here, they wont stand behind it. Been spending a lot of money here over the years, also my family has. There is a Food Lion just up the street so I will never spend another penny at Red Front, period.

I have just finished dinner purchased at Red Front. I love this market! I had the sublime steamed spiced shrimp, one of the best ever home-made cole slaw , and frozen hush puppies from savannah. I feel so good. The first time I went to Red Front I was not impressed; the market is small and I could not find everything I wanted. But I did see that they had my only favorite frozen Pizza by Palermos. So I returned to buy one and took a look around. It is an amazing market. They have store made North Carolina Pork BarBQ made with vinegar and red pepper and Boursin and Kerrygold cheeses. And the best local eggs from Dayton I have ever had. I could go on and on. Give it a try and take the time to look. I just looked at their deli section and saw some locally sourced hams, not inexpensive, but I am sure well worth the try for next time,

Home delivery is good they bring all my food rigth at my door Food is really fresh and delicious. delivery people are really excellent god-given people god bless them always on time and come even earlier than when I asked always bring the right food that I ordered never have any problems with them at all I encourage all of you to get home delivery from them we are very satisfied with them. They have a good selection of meat and very cheap cost 5 for $20 is amazing. This place has good value cheaper then food lion

I dont live in Harrisonburg anymore but while visiting a friend in Linville, she served coleslaw from Red Fronts deli, and it was the best Ive ever had! And I love good coleslaw. I thought Ukrops had good slaw until I had Red Fronts. Now I cant even eat Ukrops coleslaw. My birthday is this weekend and my husband is going to Harrisonburg to buy some colesalw for me so I can serve it with ribs for my birthday dinner. Thanks Red Front!

Red Front is a terrific grocery store. The variety and quality of food they carry throughout the store is top notch - no better place in the Valley to buy meat or fresh produce! Another plus is their "family friendly" atmosphere and the Red Front staff are always available, helpful and very friendly. I believe that once you shop at Red Front, you will want to keep going back!

My Family loves to shop at Red Front! The produce is always fresh, the fresh baked breads are awesome, the pick 5 meats deal is a great money saver and every year they have a case and can sale that allows my family to stock up on the things we love for a great price! Friendly staff and a local family run business that is always giving back to the community!

Highly recommend Red Front Supermarket. The meats sold in the store are very high quality, they carry grocery items that I have trouble finding at any of the other store in the area, and they have an excellent selection of bulk food items (sesame sticks, graham cracker pretzels, interesting trail mixes, etc). The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I had a lady come through Staples last week. She is part of the company. Based on a conversation about Golden Skillet fried chicken and my wife and I wanting to go. We stopped in. We were very happy looking down the aisles. The butcher was very helpful. Found a box of cobbler fixings! Super excited to make this our shopping stop.

Great store and great people to work with. Always have the answers you need to help make your shopping experience a great one. Never have to wait in line but a couple seconds because they always have a lot of lines open and ready to check you out... LOVE SHOPPING AT RED FRONT!!!
