Awful!! Big fan of the product. Staff was extremely friendly, BUT!!!...Management needs to figure out a way to run the operation A LOT BETTER!! The drive thru clearly needs improvements. I ordered, paid and THEN was told it would take 10 minutes. Normally wouldnt have been an issue, BUT the Hot Now light was on! Which was the ONLY REASON I STOPPED. I waited only to be told to drive around to the front door and someone would bring them to me. 20 minutes later, still NOTHING. Drove back around to the drive thru and asked for a refund because I witnessed customers who arrived after me, being served and leaving. Also witnessed the back door wide open and an employee wiping off baking trays with a dirty towel, and then tucked them under his armpit to carry them out of my sight (hopefully to a dishwasher, but I doubt it...yuck!) WONT BE BACK :(

Normally a 5 star rating for this gem of a franchise, unfortunately not this location on this day. Ive been in my fair share of Krispy Kreme stores and the moment we walked in the door and had a look at the production something was not quite right with the frying oil. It didnt have that clean shimmer to the top and when we got the Hot Doughnuts Now, you could taste it! The staff at the register attested to the fact that they had been slammed all day. In that case, dont skimp on the oil, it affects the quality of the product and all good things can come to an end. In this case, it would be this location! Might try again when back in the area and the grandkids have a mean hankering!

Very desapointing. We had to wait for very long time in line. No management what so ever!! You need to hire people that can manage it fast and organized! !! Then people would be in and out quickly, even with long lines!! Was a lot of confusion between the workers. A lot of donghnuts going to trash! That is wrong! One worker, with lots of tattoos was smashing doughnuts with her hand and just left them on line till the line took them to trash. Whats wrong with that picture?!! The store just opened and you see this mass, you loose appetite! !!! Please change!!! I want to say God Bless you but how can he bless if so much dough going to thrash???

I have grown accustomed to 24 hour KK operations. A store that closes at 11pm puts a large kink in my late night doughnut plans. I feel the doughnuts are up to KK standards but I went in one night, very close to closing time, and couldnt get any Reeses peanut butter doughnuts. They had 3 racks on the display which I was told were only for display. Didnt make me happy but it is KK and its close.

Good doughnuts, great coffee, and very friendly staff. Has a complete view of the doughnut making machine and retains the authentic classic Krispy Kreme doughnut shop feel. My only complaints and reason for no 5 star is that this one is very small compared to others and parking is limited which leads to a longer than usual wait time so be prepared to wait a while, but well worth it!

The first time we went the doughnuts were awesome, but the employee that served us was very unfriendly. The second time we went the doughnuts we bought were terrible, but the employee was nice. They didnt have what we wanted and there was no filling in doughnuts that were supposed to have filling. Very very disappointed.

Ive been to many other Krispy Kreme stores in other states where you get greeted and sometimes offered a free donut. This store lacks the warmth and friendly atmosphere. Also, even though the hot donut sign may be on, they often sell you the cold ones from the back of the rack.

My grandmother bought some home the other day. She lives within 5 miles of the Krispy Kreme and they were cold when she got home. The hot light was on. I didnt see where they tasted any different than 7/11 or other places. I thought they were too sweet and tasted like grease.

Great Donuts ! But when are you world are you going to park, and after you find a place to park where are the ppl at Oliver Garden they use there parking lot. To lazy walk up the hill.

Who would not like this pkace? You walk in and get to see how they make the donuts. They are always fresh and sweet. The people are so nice. I just love to go there. The best!

They were very accommodating with aiding us in purchasing enough doughnuts for a crowd (65 people or so). I recommend calling ahead to see when you can get them the freshest.

Staff is friendly. Doughnuts are wonderful! But I was with a friend and we both got orders to go and both had partial wrong orders. Check your order before you leave!!!
