Unbelievable incompetence on the behalf of the manager and employees... that is the best way to describe it. My husband and I shop at this Target often, but I believe this is about to change. Tonight, we were overcharged and the store manager refused to give us the correct amount of money back even after my husband tried to explain the math to her several times. They attempted to correct the situation by doing a return on the items and trying again, but the items returned at 1/6 below the value they originally rang up at, and the manager refused to acknowledge that this was the source of the error. My husband is going back in the morning to try and reason with them again, but we are absolutely infuriated at the sheer incompetence of these employees. We are working on PhD degrees in engineering. We know how to do math. If the manager of this store cannot follow simple addition and subtraction, then that is her problem. But she should NOT be managing a retail store (or working in retail at all) with such a blatant lack of elementary school level mathematical skills. If this situation is not remedied we will not hesitate to take it up with a higher authority and we will certainly not be giving this Target our business again... unless we can use coupons and sales to ensure that there is no possible way they could be making money off of us.

Starbucks is a great place to find consistently good coffee. The specialty drinks are good. It is always good, and knowing that you can receive the same quality is always good.
