2/28/17 update: Once again, a botched order. We have to remember to check our orders before we pick them up to take them home. Receipt was correct, "Bacon, Turkey Bravo" sandwich... but they gave us a Bacon & Egg breakfast sandwich instead. Dropped to 2 stars for continuing issues. Three star original review: Over the years, this location has lost its sparkle. It is a cramped layout with oddly managed ordering lines, and the staff no longer calls out you name loudly (when waiting for a pick up item) so it is easy to miss. More often than not, I see a mocha sitting on the counter and have to end up walking to the line and asking what name that mocha is assigned too... only to find it is mine. I think all the peppy kids that once worked here have gone to Chick-Fil-A instead. The place could really use a good scrub down too.

I was dismayed last Friday at the condition of the Panera store at Willow Lawn. The food as usual was GREAT, however in the 1 hour I was there I did not see any employee wipe or clean a table or sweep the floor. The tables were left with crumbs or something sticky on them and even some plates. The floor was getting so dirty that my appetite was beginning to sour and I decided not to get a desert. I almost asked for the manager to find out what was the problem...you need to step up the store cleanliness standard. Sorry.

This place is always out of bread. You cant get anything hardly on the menu. Morning or evening. I just usally order soup. Today the cashier told me for the countless time there out of bread. How are u out of bread. The place is called panera bread. This is an on going problem with them. My community is next door. And my neighbors all agree. We will stop using. This panera. Whats the point. Yoyr not getting what u came for. Anyway.

My wife and I ate at the restaurant on Hull Street Road on Tuesday 1-7-14. The experience was no less than outstanding. Everyone including the lunch guests was very, very polite and helpful in every way. I only have good things to say about this place. Thank you staff and everyone. We will see you again soon. Traveling up north and stopped here for dinner on a Friday evening at 630. The place was very dirty. Never visited a Panera this dirty before. Tried to sit at several tables but all dirty. Finally had to ask someone to clean it. I know its rush hour and busy but staff accordingly to keep dining room clean and welcoming. Food is always good.

9:30 Restaurant no line at counter. Ordered soufflé, 2 toasted bagels, and Single egg for 1 year old. Sat down with family to wait on bagels and egg. 15mins later still no egg or bagels. Found toasted bagels on pickup counter...cold. Shortly after got egg. Result: dysfunctional experience with cold food... except egg

Always delicious, and super convenient with the online ordering and newly introduced delivery. Ive tried the rapid pickup option a few times and my order is always perfect and waiting for me 10 minutes (or less) later. Have had food delivered to my place twice and they were always prompt. Love this place. :)

Always enjoy going to Panera, especially this location. My fiance and I always get the "You Pick2". I get the delicious Greek salad, broccoli cheddar soup with a French baguette for the side. SO DELICIOUS. Always very friendly staff and never wait very long even when they are very busy.

The food was good but this location was filthy! Almost every table was dirty. There was food under every table and even on the walls of the booth we sat at. We love Panera but will not return to this location.
