Ive been going to this location for several years. They are friendly, willing to give deals whenever possible, easy on returns, and stand by their merchandise. Some of them also play hockey & other sports which helps. I mostly get hockey equipment, and have not been disappointed. On one occasion, I had purchased ice skates with an off-center blade on one side on the internet from another company. They offered to at least match the deal, and had the same brand skates (seeing is believing) that had no defect. Skate sharpening has been consistently good. As far as other sports (I play several), there is a good variety, and they can get stuff from the other stores in the area. I highly recommend this store.

We were playing a hockey tournament nearby and my son broke his skate blade. Hoped this Play It Again could help. Went in and the guy working there was on the phone clearly on a personal call. The entire 20 minutes we were there he stayed on his personal call. Ive never seen such a total lack of professionalism. If he is representative of this store STAY AWAY - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Service is great. Only thing keep it from being 5 stars is the clutter. Im a disc golf fan and every time I come here, the disc golf section is crowded with traded in items. Hockey sticks, golf clubs, even a surfboard one day. Clean up the clutter and it be better.
