Came by the shop because they had a good deal on a bike that I was looking for. The staff was fairly attentive to me until the sale was finalized. At that moment, I no longer existed to them. They watched me struggle to walk the bike out of their front door. I dropped hundreds of dollars at their store and they couldnt even offer to hold the door as I was leaving with the bike. There was only one other customer in the store, so it wasnt like they were being overwhelmed for their attention. I thought, "ok, this might be a one time thing", but I brought my bike in for maintenance (they never called to tell me when the bike was ready ,btw), as soon as I paid, poof I disappeared, I was once again left to push the bike through their door on my own while they watched without any offer of assistance. Now, Im not some prima donna that needs someone to hold the door for me and I know that in the grand scheme of things, it is minor, but it is just really poor customer service and likely indicative of a general disdain for their paying customers to not offer a civil courtesy to them after they laid down hundreds of dollars at their store, most people would hold a door for a stranger, not these guys. Ive purchased bikes from other stores and they were happy to help me out to my car and fix the bike to my rack Very disappointed, I will not be back.

I purchased a pair of skis (bindings and boots) at era five years ago. Without asking, they extended me a discount because it was close to end of season. Additionally, they gave me a deal on the other stuff because I bought the whole package. Since then Ive bought several pairs of skis, goggles, gloves etc... Prices are competitive and they have, on multiple occasions, matched or beaten competitors prices. This year I bought a new Ibis mountain bike that I cant get enough of. Ive lived in Chester county for the last several years but continue to go back for all my equipment. To be honest, they usually try to sell me on stuff that cost LESS than what I want. Highly recommended.

Over the past 5 years, I have purchased a Bianchi road bike, Sidi shoes, thermoformed insoles, glasses, clothing, tires . . . a lot of bike stuff. Greg, Deb and associates sell you only what makes sense. The staff really knows what they are doing and stands behind their products! They are very nice people. Top of the line LBS!

Bought a snowboard there a few months ago, and recently purchased a jacket and helmet. The jacket and snowboard (Arbor Whiskey) were both on sale, and cheaper than most online stores. Prices here are competitive! Staff is friendly and informative, and theres a really cool dog too.

Very helpful. Knew we were new to mountain biking and didnt try to oversell us. Steered us toward a bike that was less expensive than one we were looking at. the suggestion definitely served our needs better. Appreciated the honesty and guidance!
