I was never much of a runner and started to lately but have really bad shin splints, I wanted to go to a store where someone could educate me on running shoes. Well I will say they certainly did, as soon as I told him what I was looking for he told me that I am flat footed and that I need shoes to support my feet properly. The salesman was very smart and very helpful. I bought shoes that where on sale and used them once and it made a huge difference. I am very happy with this store and will definitely go there again in the future.

I realized it was time to take the advice of every article Ive ever read about running for beginners and get help finding the right pair of running shoes for me. So I went here and couldnt be happier that I did. I walked out with a pair of Asics that I love. It took me a while to settle on them, and the staff person was nothing but helpful and encouraging the entire time. Ill never buy a pair of running shoes anywhere else.

While shoe pricing is a little higher than the other stores in the area (they dont seem to do many coupons), the expertise at the Inside Track is second to none. Also the best place to shop for strange accessories - fuel belts, water bottles, gel, goo, etc. If you need professional advice - dont even think about going anyplace else in Lancaster for running shoes.

After asking a few questions about my running needs and style, he found a pair that met both my need for stability and for cushioning. I would not a chosen them on my own.
