I purchased a firearm online, which required me to have it sent to an FFL and handle the transfer there. I chose Morr Outdoors since they were local. I called to have the info transferred between Morr Outdoors and the seller. I provided them with the fax number, web site, auction number, and all of the necessary licensing info they needed. A few days later I contacted the seller to ask why I havent received any info yet. He indicated he never received the FFL info yet. I called Morr again and asked about this. They said they had no record of it, but would be happy to take my info down and get it going. Figuring it was an honest mistake, I agreed. A week later, I contacted the seller to ask yet again why I havent received any shipping info yet. He indicated he has yet to receive any FFL info. I called Morr back and stressed that they have already messed up twice and I would like to get this done with. This time, they completed the task without issue. Overall, I was happy I finally received my firearm, however you can bet Id happily drive six hours for FFL related services before I go down the street to Morr again. Ironically, had I done that the first time I would have received the item exponentially sooner. To be perfectly blunt, the only real person I can commend on the highest level is the seller from Florida for his insane amount of patience as he had to wait 2 weeks AFTER the auction ended before the actual transaction could even take place.

I too used Morr Outdoor for an online gun transfer and it was by far the worst experience ive ever had. Ive ordered at least 9 guns from online auctions before, and using morr outdoor was by far the worst mistake. My experience was similar to the review by Jason. Had to repeatedly call them to send a fax / email to the seller. It took just about a week for a fax to be sent....could have snail mailed it and had gotten there faster. After my gun was sent, it took another WEEK for me to get my gun because they decided to shut the shop down for a few days to go somewhere!!! Didnt even tell me that when i was having my gun shipped! If i would have known they were going to take off, i would have used someone else to begin with! I didnt even get to open my box....they walked in the back and brought out my gun....that could have been a different one....load of crap. Long story short, never use them for an online gun transfer, period.

Used him for an FFL to FFL transfer. Charged a reasonable price, sent his FFL while I was there, and was courteous and friendly when I picked up my rifle. They also got a pretty decent selection of firearms and accessories. Prices vary, but nothing outrageous. Biggest thing is they made me feel welcome, unlike other gun stores Ive been to. Will definitely go back.

I too purchased a firearm on an online auction. My experience using Morr Outdoors for the transfer was absolutely hassle free and curteous. The entire transactuion was 15 minutes. I will certainly use Morr Outdoors as a FFL for transfers in the future.
