I have driven past this shop almost every day since it opened and had no idea it existed. The township wont let them put up a sign, so it really is a little secret in the county. I gotta say though, it just extrudes class the moment you walk in. Everything is extremely well organized and displayed beautifully, but what youll really like is the prices. Guns are priced competitively with what youd find online. Picked up a Glock 19 Gen 3 for under $550 out the door including tax and NICS fee. Considering youd pay $500 on line if you can find it in stock at that price, $15 to ship, and then a $30+ transfer fee, Id call that competitive. Getting your check and paperwork done is very nice, they take you to a desk and actually talk with you while finishing things up. The owners dont give off that aura of superiority or stand-offishness you find at alot of other LGSs. The male owner, whose name I unfortunately forget, was attentive and let me fondle all sorts of handguns as I was making my selection, even while trying to juggle the steady stream of other customers that walked through the door. He was also extremely professional when I tried to haggle him down on the price, and while he didnt move, he also didnt make me feel bad for asking. The only cons I can say are: The ammo, as with almost every other LGS, is high, but then if youre buying it buy the box instead of the crate, youre always going to pay more. A transfer fee of $45+$7 for NICS check is rather outrageous, dont go here to get a gun shipped to you, Morr is better for that, but then Collectors doesnt cater to those kinds of transactions, so its a very minor complaint. And its hard to find if you dont know the area, but thats not their fault. 4.95/5 will definitely be back again.

Very professional gun shop. Youre treated very polite and respectfully from the second you walk in the door. When youre purchasing a firearm youre their number one priority. They do business at a desk not on the counter where everyone can see all your information. The staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy about their favorite brands. I called 4 local gun shops for quotes on a gun I was definitely buying, this was the only one who answered and actually cared to give me all the info.

The worst attitude and total lack of service or concern from Mrs. Margaret Louv and Jenz is not much better. Neither of these two owners attempted to solve or attempt to assist me in haing a USPS claim resolved and just advised me that they had exhausted all avenues. I doubt that they even submitted a claim for insurance lose. Everything may be rosy in the store BUT if you are a internet byer "Run for the hills". I know I will never see my $300.

Doesnt carry 5.45x39 ammo, and when asked for AK-74 rounds the clerk handed over 7.62x39, I said no that is for an AK-47, I need ammo for an AK-74. Well the guy looked at me like I had 6 or 7 heads and said he never heard of it. So some staff are not very knowledgeable about the products they are selling.

Great little shop! Picked up my first handgun from these guys after seeing they carried a "hard to get" gun. None of the other big shops in the area had what I was looking for. Very Friendly. Will be visiting again for supplies and of course, the next gun.
