I purchased two pairs of pants for my wife from this store. After wearing frequently for several months, one pair developed a small hole in the upper thigh. I called the national hotline and they immediately blamed my wife, stating that they are certain she caught it on something, and wouldnt repair the hole or replace the pants. Highly recommend purchasing another brand of yoga pants, they are overpriced considering such horrible customer service.

I really like this store. Ive had a few problems with items getting holes (brand new and some used), but whenever I needed help they fixed the problem promptly. The staff is very accommodating and professional and so is customer service. I am a regular shopper and will continue to be. Great brand with great inspiration behind it. Highly recommended.

The staff was very accommodating and professional. I had gone with an online return, I had not seen anything in the store for an exchange so a return was needed. My return was complicated by a computer issue. In order not to inconvenience me they offered to follow up with me once the return was complete. Which they did and I am grateful. Thank you
