Purchased a jacket at this store - "new" with tags. The fabric ripped off of one of the front chest pockets. I sent it in for repair under warranty and was told that it was a salesmans sample and not covered under warranty. Contacted store to see if this is a salesmans sample, as claimed by the factory and was told by store manager Cathy Gromoske that they receive "tons and tons" of jackets & apparel items from trade and fashion shows that are re-tagged and sold as new. After going round and round with the factory for two weeks there is still no resolution. Buyer beware - you may be buying used clothing that has no warranty.
