First experience was dine in, service wasnt the greatest, but the chef salad was everything! Second experience was a call in for the chef salad. I live about 20 mins away and the estimated time for pickup was within that time frame. I had to wait additional 20 mins for my awesome chef salad. My last experience came when yet again I craved the chef salad, called it in went to pick it up...the service was awful. My salad looked like a ramshackled mess and the awesome croutons were non existent. The homemade looking croutons had been replaced with 3 store bought croutons that had seen better days...3!!WHYYY

Disgusting. 1st and last time we will go here. Service horrible. Bathroom filthy, air intake above bathroom was black with mold. I hate to think what the kitchen looks like. I ordered a full chef salad it came with 1 tiny bit of some sort of meat and no bacon, ham, cheese as was stated. Hubby didnt get 2 things he ordered. Took 65 minutes after we ordered to get our meal. 45 minutes to get the check after asking for it. Just unreal. And im experienced in the restaurant business and janitorial.

First time there today. They had a rush on BBQ and were out. Settled for brisket sandwich and very glad we did! Awesome, tasty, thick, tender with their great sauce. Their slaw is the best around here! And, Brookneal? You cant get anymore laid back! Great atmosphere and history. My son got the chocolate shake and said it was great.

Service was horrible. Had a bunch of drunks blocking the hallway to get to the bathroom for the dinning area. The organization here is horrible. They forgot we were here then got our orders wrong after we sat here for over an hour. Food is cheep and was ok. If I could give this place a negative score I would.

Cute place with relaxed atmosphere. Delicious lunch! Fried pickles, BBQ sandwiches, wedge salad with a ton of bacon, amazingly cheesy mac and cheese. And a chocolate shake. There were a lot of craft beer choices too.

Grilled Shrimp skewers were not done. Had takeout. Had to cook shrimp in order to eat them. Steak was burnt instead of well done. Potato soup was good. Had better food other places.

This place is truley awesome....hand made burgers any way you want them,a great atmosphere, freindly staff and good prices....what more could you ask for. Great job Drug Store Grill
