Nice people now, didnt use to be . I went in there one time to buy a lamp and there was a price on the bottom also instead of selling it for either price of the two stickers the cashier sent it to the back to be repriced and it came back twice as much as both stickers. The same cashier has been nasty two other customers when Ive been in line as well she was there for years but I havent noticed her lately thank goodness I will go in there and more often now. I do understand that they hire people with disabilities and handicaps but if you are running the cash register you should at least have some customer service experience and skills and try not to run off the customers by being nasty to them

Great staff! Not too much of a mens clothing selection, especially larger sizes for pants and dress shirts, but thats somewhat normal for this area, as its somewhat smaller. My only real gripe was that there was no size order, only color-sorted. But, that seems to be the Goodwill trend.

Really an upscale shopping experience for me with slightly higher prices than I was use to at a goodwill store.I gave them 4 stars because the store was very neat and clean,the employees were friendly and helpful, & the proceeds are for a good cause, But I dont remember buying anything!

Store has pretty decent items. Store is clean. But the people working there are super super nice! And for me to say that is saying something good. I have 11 children and shop every goodwill from Stafford to Richmond. This store is by far my favorite

I usually go into goodwill just for books. Have a huge selection there for very cheap. Employees were nice also.

Dirty. Dollar tree items sold for $3-$10. Stock carts blocking several aisles. Extremely rude staff.
