Ordered a specific cedar shake and was told it had to be part of a larger order... Fine. Called four times for status update. over the course of 5 weeks. Never returned my call . Called yesterday. Well call you back in a couple of minutes. Didnt call back. Called today . Couldnt be bothered to check on the status of order. Zero customer service. Meanwhile Ive got a finished project without siding . The client is annoyed and Im starting all over elsewhere. Ive had very good experiences with Koenig in the past. This one was beyond frustrating.

I was so pleased to find rough cedar at Koenigs for building my raised bed (in Middlebury)! The folks there were extremely helpful. The constructed bed went together easily and is working nicely! I have recommended Koenigs to a number of other people. Wish there were more (accessible) places like this in Vermont to obtain cedar.
