Amazing meat. 1.25" pork chops were the best Ive ever grilled; tender, moist and juicy. Perfect amount of fat around the edges and the most marbling Ive ever seen in any pork anywhere. Disclaimer: chops do look gray in my photo but that is due to them being brined for a while. Hamburger meat was also great. 75% lean I believe. Great for staying juicy and flavorful during the grilling process.

A must for great meats. We stop in whenever we are in town and grab steaks or grass fed chuck. Expect prices to be in line with grass fed or local meats and it supports the local economy. Small place but very friendly staff and very accommodating. Decent selection and always fresh.
