Went here to get an ignition coil as the auto zone in west Valley said thats what my check engine light said I needed. Well itd been a few weeks so we decided to have the light checked again just incase. The lady that was to help us immediately had an attitude when we asked for this, then when the code read it was my catalytic converter (which is a much more expensive part then what I came to get) my husband simply mentioned the last check read the ignition coil but before he could finish with his sentence she cut him off with a snappy attitude saying well this is the only code on here,do you want the part. The ignorance of this womens attitude will have us going to orileys from now on.

I called in and told them what part I needed and what make and model of car i had. Was quoted a price. When my daughter got home with the part they had given her the right part but for a different make and model of car. When I returned it for the right part they refunded the money to my card and then told me my card was denied for the right part. The wrong part was more expensive. Instead of exchanging the parts as refunding the difference I was told I would get the money on my card in 3-4 days. I needed the part for my vehicle to run. Then they told me thatthey only had one part left in stock and it might be sold before i got my money refunded. Poor customer service.

I am very picky about what parts I put on vehicles AutoZone stands by their warranty like they should their parts are good quality and last the only problem Ive had with AutoZone and it seems to be a new one they are a little understaffed and have a hard time answering the phone but if you go in there and be patient they will get you the parts that you need back there warranty up and youll do well with them and their tool loaning program is fantastic

Horrible customer service, was inside at 8:57 but due to helping another customer I was not helped until 9:02. Tried to return a rented tool, Melissa (the store manager) preceded to tell me they couldnt return it because it was passed closing time (9:00 pm) even tho I paid cash and the manager had the cash drawer in her hands. I was told she couldnt do it because "she would have to start counting her drawer over". Will never use this location again.

Horrible customer service. I bought a power inverter, went outside plugged it in and it was defective. Went right back into the store with the packaging and receipt because I just bout it 2 seconds ago. And they didnt want to refund me my money cause the packaging g was opened. HELLO ITS DEFECTIVE, Im just glad I dont live in this town and never have to deal with these autozone employees ever again.

Each time I have come the gentleman working have always helped me with the items I bought for my car. Today was a little different, I needed to change a fuse and the gal assisting my check out did not offer to help. I came in 2 more times asking questions how to change the fuse and she only told me she didnt offer to bone out to do it. I have had better service, but she was friendly.

This place is a joke. Most of the staff are clueless and will argue with you over what you need. I dont trust their "tests" at all. Everything they test seems to need to be replaced when I can take it somewhere else and it will pass a test and still run for a long time. It really sucks as Autozone is usually the best place to go but this particular store is terrible.

Horrible customer service is brought my car there one if the employees said my car was stolen I called the dealership in bought my car from they said there is no way it could be used ran vin number there was no were car was reported stolen this is what you can expect by going to Tooele autozone

Extremely poor customer service. Upsetting experience. One employee was in a rush to leave and when we talked to another we figured out we were given wrong information. when we got the right part we asked how to install the part. The employee told us to google it. Seriously? Just terrible.

Customer service sucks! Needed help finding something so I waited for the employee at checkout for about 15 minutes but he was too busy talking to his coworker to even relize we were waiting... We ended up going to Walmart of all places to get what we needed.

These people are always SO helpful and willing to go above and beyond their duties to help you out and 8/10 times they have what i need in stock. I prefer supporting local smaller shops but when that doesnt work out autozone is my go to store!
