Great customer service. The girl working the front desk was very helpful when I called about an optima battery I bought there almost 3 years ago. I had sinced moved and the battery was on its last legs. She was kind enough to look up my lost receipt number and fax it to a Napa in Arkansas. Thank you!. Saved me 150 dollars at least.

Really friendly staff and very helpful. Willing to spend the time with you to make sure you get the right part. Really easy to return things. Price is competitive with other places but not always the best. Have bought many parts, and a Optima battery from here, and will continue to come here.

I stopped in with radiator overheating. They helped me get the right kind of antifreeze, in spite of my total ignorance. Really helpful. And very happily helped me get the cap off the antifreeze bottle. GREAT SERVICE!
