This place has horrible customer service. would have given this is zero star but theres no option for that. I have visited this location many times and always remind myself why I hate coming back here. Everyone seems to be lazy and dont want to help you. This last time I spoke with the manager to see if he would check my battery then you give me the response in a very rude manner that he was too busy and I needed to wait for one of the attendants as though as if he was too important to lower himself to go out and check my battery. I thought getting help from the manager would improve the service of this place but instead and that Im being a big disappointment. I ended up going to the location on Litchfield Road. I give them a five star because from the first time that I arrived the attendant basically went out of his way to further explain what was going on with my battery.

The visit started out okay. I wanted to get my alternator tested and they tested the battery first which turned out to be the culprit. The service was a little slower than normal because they were training a new guy (which is understandable) but they didnt seem too happy or outgoing. The only reason they got a low score is because they sold me the wrong breaks for my truck. I figured they knew what I needed since they put it in their computer but they gave me disc breaks instead of break shoes for my rear breaks (I didnt check until I got home). For the most part Juan and Jose were helpful though.

We had excellent service today at the store located at 10815 W Indian School Rd. in Avondale. Yesica helped us replace our car battery and she was knowledgeable, prompt, and very sweet. Weve been to this location twice in the last year and both times had the best experience with truly outstanding customer service. Whoever is in charge of hiring and training employees here obviously deserves some credit, too! Thanks for the work you do, its people like these that make bad days better for their customers and the positive attitudes of the employees are what make all the difference.

Came in for a valve cover gasket for my integra. Employee handed me what I assumed was the proper VC gasket, thankfully I looked at the box and saw "Ford", i told him to double check the part # and he had ended up getting the last two digits on the part # messed up. Thankfully I checked. Cause once you open the gasket box, you can not return it. I dont like having to double check every component is correct like im going through a mcdonalds drivethru checking my food.

Called before hand to verify they had apart in Stock, got there , and sure enough they didnt. On top of that, they make it seem like its a huge hassle to call another store to See If THEY have it. This is not the first time I have called to verify and get to store and they dont have it when I get there. This place is joke. Customer service is the worst. Go to oreilys save your self the hassle. They just lost a customer for life.

Tonight my daughter and I stopped in to have her battery checked and the place was hopping. Ive never seen an autoparts store so full. However we very quickly moved to the front of the line and were helped by Jose. He checked our battery (dead) and sold us a new one, and then replaced it for us in the parking lot while we waited. He was friendly, helpful and professional. What a great experience! Thanks Jose!

ive been to several locations but this location in avondale just amazed me the service the attitude above and beyond especially the sales manager yesica excellent customer no wonder she is manager more peope like her should be hired overall great service very clean and well maintained keep up the great work guys .

Customer service is horrible. Warranty is a joke. I have literally hundreds of records and the red shirt dude 1. Couldnt find my records 2. Tells me that I cant prove my records are mine. Horrible customer service. I would not suggest coming here for warranty issues

Assistant manager Tabis Haris is a horrible employee. His people skills lack greatly. Every time an employee ask him for assistant or he is assisting a customer he acts like you are a bother to him. He isnt motivated to help and could care less if you are a customer.

Terribe service, no one answers the phones there! After calling 5 times I finally got through but was asked if I could hold a couple minutes, I said sure. I was on hold 5 more minutes. Horrible service, I am going to O reillys now, never again!!!

Courteous associates and make anyone feel like you dont have to be a know it all mechanic go ask them questions. Had a problem with a few spark plugs and was embarrassed to ask but they treated it like no big deal. Felt good

Terrible. Its a miracle when you can check out in 5 minutes or less. It takes more than 10 minutes to pay while employees and management are doing other things like re stocking
