be careful when u purchase oil. I went to there store to buy oil so that i can do a tune up on my truck and when i went to open it was already open with used oil. I went back to the store and the mgr lady told me to go get another one, when i did made sure that they were closed. The only bad thing that there were a lot not sealed and when i found one that was i took to register. when i was paying that same mgr to her employee to put it back in the shelf. I told the mvr that it was used oil all she said "I will take care of it". She did not take if off the shelf she left it there so that people that buy dont pay attention and buy.. Just imagine what it will so to ur car!!!!!

The parts lady woman really new what she was talking about I had been to two other Auto Zone stores with same complaint about new battery going dead every two days and she checked out battery correctly and load tested it ...even though battery would still start van she tested battery and found that it indeed was a new failed battery after installing battery she even checked starting and charging system and all was okay to go Thank You so much 99th and Lowerbuckeye Store.

What a fn joke...1st off they set me up for an 8pm appointment but receiving doesnt open until 8:30pm. Then I sit here while they unload 1 other truck in 90 mins, and tell me theyre trying to find room for the stuff I brought. REALLY?? Its gotta be a 75k sq ft warehouse!! Then they go to break at 11pm, and finally start unloading me around 11:30pm. Why do people think a truck drivers time is worthless??

Yes I agree!! Autozone advertises on price matching , Dont Be Fooled. They are rude about price matching and it needs to be the same exact brand. 134a freon is 134a freon no matter what brand it is. I will not be buying any more parts at all from Autozone. Their customer service is really horrible now.

Turn on Madison, not W Washington. You need to do this in order to set up for staging. They never let anyone in at appt time. You have to park on street and wait for then to call you. If you turn in on W. Washington you will be pointed the wrong direction. Very slow. Be prepared to wait.

The Manager that transferred from the 107 avenue and Indian school was great. Customer service was on point as usual. He assisted me with professionalism and the knowledge to get the job done. Employees like this is the reason why I go out of my way to this location.
