Horrible experience. I would totally give negative stars if it was an option. As soon as we walked into the store we were followed by the staff of teenage boys. I dont appreciate being judge by people who dont even know me While my friend purchasing items we wanted I was looking at glasses. Once we got to our car outside we were approached by what might have been a manager telling us that the cashier saw me steal a pair of 5.00 glasses. I told the so called manager that the only glasses I had on me were the ones I brought with me. So he went into the store. I then returned everything I bought. Being watched the whole time I was in the store and then being accused of stealing something was unacceptable. Ill never go back to that store again. Im a lot of things but one of them is not a thief.

They did a very lousy job with my wifes dresses for her bridesmaids. With less than a week until the wedding they call and tell us they got the wrong color, then tell us we should look for another place to find a dress! They finally overnight another dress just to screw it up and be rude the whole time about it. Wont ever return here ever again.

Every time I shop at this business, I have to wait in a line because the young kids are chitty chatty with someone they know, adult or kids. The customer service is terrible. I will not be going back after today. I like to support the local community businesses but only when they are worth the effort.

I have always had a great experience here. Even when asked to leave my purse up front. Its easily understandable with how much stores lose in merchandise every year due to shoplifting. So pay no attention to the people who cry about being asked to leave a bag upfront.

I would give them 10 star if I had the option. Pricing is competitive! Selection is great! Special orders are handled like a boss! Good customer service! Great location right smack dab on redwood road! Great selection of school uniforms and specialty items!

I definitely would recommend giving this store a visit, has a little bit of everything and if they dont have it are more than willing to get it for you. The staff is friendly and the prices are really great. And they have school uniforms attached.

Came in with a friend, and as soon as we get inside shes asked to leave her normal sized purse up front. Like really?! So we just turned around and left. I refuse to give business to a store who is social profiling.

Best place ever for school uniforms. Cute teens selections too. My teens love shopping here. I love that they will special order anything I ask for, and I mean ANYTHING!!!
