The guy was ok at helping me pick out my new shoes but he honestly had no clue what he was talking about. First of all, he was calling the Brian Anderson "Project BA" Nikes the "Project Bad Asses" and he was dead serious about it. I tried to correct him, but he was like, "yeah, I guess it could stand for Brian Anderson, but they meant it as Bad Ass." Second, he was saying that the Brian Herman Emericas were the same shoe as the Andrew Reynolds Emericas. They are clearly not the same and they feel completely different on your foot. I understand they look similar, but definitely not the same. He also thought the Busenitz Adidas 2s were the same shoe as the Busenitz Adidas 1s. If you dont know what any of these shoes are, look them up. This guy had no idea about skate culture.

Really great experience! Their costumer service will leave you in awe! Jake the manager was very helpful going through their selection to find what fit us just right. Alse their Crew Member Daisy was very welcoming and friendly, plus cute. Will be going again soon.
