I follow this company on Instagram and they posted a thing about $10 off your purchase if you showed the cashier the post. So I went in and when I got to the cashier, I told her about the post, she rolled her eyes. I showed her the post and she huffed and said, "No barcode so Im not giving this to you. Your total is $$" So I brought up the fact that it said I just needed to show the post and she literally glared at me. So I said, "Okay, I just wont get this then." And left. My friend also had a bad experience. She was waiting for a fitting room and multiple employees ignored her. She finally went to an employee who wasnt with a customer and asked for a room. The employee didnt say a word to her and opened a door. My friend then thanked her and the employee glared at her and slammed the door! My friend ended up leaving empty handed as well. I know its the holidays and its super busy, but seriously! Cant we show people some kindness and patience? This was my first experience trying to shop there and Im not so sure Ill be back. I wouldnt go to this store if I were you!
