This store doesnt open until 10AM, so Im not sure what kind of drugs the girl who went in at 8AM expecting it to be open was on, if youre polite to the staff they treat you wonderfully, just because someone appears to be latin doesnt mean they automatically consent to you speaking Spanish to them. Seriously just use your common sense about treating other people here and youll love it. FOLLOW THE GOLDEN RULE! Ive been coming here for years and NEVER had a problem, it seems like all these complaints are people who expect to be treated like a special snowflake. As for the receipt coupon issue, ANY store that you make a return at with a coupon to get your money back YES YOU NEED YOUR RECEIPT TO SHOW PURCHASE.

Worst shopping experience Ive ever had. Visiting from Boise over the holidays and was trying to redeem an in store coupon 20 off 40. Went to check out and they said it had to be attached to a receipt to redeem even though it says no where on the coupon that it was a restriction. Thankfully they honored it after the manager (platinum blonde) got snippy and hostile with me. TRAIN YOUR STAFF FROM CORPORATE, AND PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Boise store never has issued in redeeming coupons, maybe take some advice from them.

Terrible customer service, there is a Latin Girl who doesnt seems happy when my friends and I talk to her in Spanish, kind of rude and unfriendly. Another gal with red hair was taking her time with two gals talking about dying hair and lot of BS. I was behind those girls and the red woman just ignore me and keeping in going talking with them. I left all my stuff and took off, I do not need all this crap from the store and staff. All this people need training since they dont care about customer.

This store had great customer service and amazing prices. Yes there are some of the ugliest clothes ever, but that isnt this specific stores fault, Rue 21 is like that, just like Forever 21. They are hit-or-miss places. I would definitely recommend that people just go in the store and see what they find and they would be surprised by how much they want and how little they spend.

I came here this morning on the door they have a sign that says open at 8am and even on here is says its open at 8 am. I came at 8:30 and it was still closed?? Like literally no one was there, lights were off, doors were locked. Like seriously guys?! If you say youre going to be open then be open!! Very upset.
