I use Staples for my business printing needs, and have done so for quite some time. However, this location is very hit-or-miss when it comes to customer service. Some days it is 4-5 star, but today was 0-1 star. Called to check on printing and one employee told me they were behind and would require a rush charge to print anything within the next hours, but after being transferred within the store, another employee told me they would be able to do it within an hour no problem without any additional fee. When I picked up the prints from the store, Tahani (I think she said, but wasnt wearing a name tag) initially started ringing up my total charge and included a "rush service fee" and "custom order fee" for emailing in my print instead of uploading on the non-functioning web portal. After questioning why the total was so high, and pointing out the inconsistencies with the website policies, she just threw the prints across the counter and said "fine, just take it" and turned around to walk off. Brianne and several other staff members have always helped me out, but this time Im questioning my allegiances and have started to look elsewhere for my printing.

Outstanding customer service. I purchased a new office chair from this location, along with the square trade warranty. They were very helpful and even assisted loading into my car. I found the chair was too tall for me and didnt fit under my desk. When I brought it back the exchange for another chair was just as easy and helpful. A week later this new chair didnt have the back support I needed. So I brought it back again, no only were they understanding but they gave me a full refund. My back being hard to buy chairs for is not something they could help. But throughout this whole process and 3 different store associates I was given tremendous customer service.

Stood around for a good 45 minutes waiting for someone to assist with the office chairs. At one point I went and found a cashier and asked if I could get someone to help. Go back and the other gentleman who was looking at chairs was there asking questions. I let him finish his questions, and the sales guy WALKS AWAY!!! And goes to help someone in printers that JUST walked in! I was standing there looking at the chairs, and they dont pay any mind. Terrible staffing terrible customer service. I walked out and Staples will not be getting any of my business cause they clearly dont want it.

I purchased 3 reams of paper today under the guise of an "EASY REBATE" After getting home I got the email detailing that the rebate is anything but easy. First there is not even an online option, second I have to mail in THREE separate letters to request my rebates. Which can take up to 6 weeks to process into 3 separate gift cards. At this point tomorrow I will be getting a REFUND when I return this paper instead of a so called easy rebate. I do not appreciate feeling lied to. Your former customer, Chris.

Adam, one of the managers of the Tech department, is awesome! One of the best people Ive ever dealt with customer service wise. I took my laptop in to get my screen fixed and long story short he ended up hooking me up big time. He was always very personable and more than responsive to my concerns. I have a gift card for Office Max across the street but I still find myself going to Staples to buy little things just because my experience with Adam was so great I want to support that store.

I have not left this store with a good attitude ever. The only time I might have is when I realized that I never would have to return to this store again. Ive had terrible customer service and even spent several minutes looking around the store trying to find an employee to help me, only to find that there were no employees in sight in the entire store other than the one cashier at the one open cash register. I am never shopping through staples again, especially not this store.

The manager was a super rude, abrupt woman. Very unwilling to help. She rolled her eyes and was terribly unprofessional. The only reason theyre getting 3 stars instead of 1 is because the sweet girl in the copy section went above and beyond trying to correct her ride managers behavior.

I wanted to print a document. She told me to follow instructions on a paper that were incomplete. Then when I told her that it was a word document I wanted to print she looked at me like I was stupid and said they could only print pdf.
