This store gave my PC to another customer who had it for two days. They were transferring data to a new PC. Said new employee didnt know procedure but how could they hand over a PC without the customers name or paperwork attached. The Store had to call the Customer to get it back. Odd? Yes. I had to change all passwords and monitor accounts. OfficeMax give me one year of Credit Monitoring. Not enough! For a minimal price the company could have given me the two years I asked for. Risk Management was giving me the standard paragraph and couldnt care less about my predicament. I would not recommend any PC work from this store!! Im sure this will be one of the stores they are closing. I am furious with the entire organization.

The management and another tech named Kelly were incredibly rude and blamed me for their mistakes. They blamed me for not having an email address and password that they created when I bought my computer and they used this email address with my name not spelled correctly to license my software. I was fortunate enough to have who was probably a low level employee be helpful and solve my issue that only took a moment. The manager with no leadership skills and her quick witted employee were clearly looking to fight. I know this is basically the only place in Summit to go for anything tech, Ill be going to Denver from now on.

Worst experience trying to get a scan. The expert scanner was not friendly, cut off part of my scan, and sent a filetype that I spent an hour figuring out how to open in Photoshop (still havent figured it out, its a raw file that only seasoned photographers use). Went back and asked for them to rescan it since they royally messed it up the first time, and I was told that I was asking for "high tech" stuff. I didnt realize 600ppi scan in a simple .png format is high tech. DO NOT go here to get anything scanned, unless it is something beyond simple that you could just do at home anyway.

Four employees in whole store....not one knew where anything that I needed could be found....not one. The young fellow at the register didnt know how to return an item for an exchange. I needed to exchange printer ink for a different printer. (I returned $42.00 for $101.00 printer cartridges)Only one other customer in the store. It took me twenty minutes to find what I wanted and another twenty minutes to check out. Your employees should be trained or at the very least walk through the store a few times before talking to customers.

Today was my third visit into this Office Max. Usually, I buy my supplies through Amazon but I dont always have time to wait on necessities. Needless to say, I hunted around the store for almost 30 minutes unable to find what I needed. The 5 or 6 employees obviously noticed me and the few other customers around the store, yet they didnt once welcome, ask if we needed assistance, etc. No wonder businesses like this are going under, their customer service is garbage!

Wanted to print a one page pdf, only one person in front of me in line. Once reaching the counter and sending my email with attached PDF, it took 30min to get my one single page printed. Time is money and had I know it would take that long I would have driven home to print it out for free and in less time. I think going to a hotel business center also would have been a better choice.

Bought a laserjet printer from them. 3 weeks later it was printing circles on everything. Apparently they only have a 2 week return policy. When talking to them about it the customer service was crap. As usual for Summit County.
