I took a booklet to be photocopied. I wanted 150 copies, double-sided, 14 pages. I gave the person a CD and showed her a draft hard copy. She took my draft copy and said she would get started on it. I had to stop her. The copy was faded and had "Draft" written on the front page. She said she could darken the faded hard copy. She acted as though she didnt know what to do with the CD. I asked her to bring it up in the computer. She asked why, and if I needed a copy. She said the copies were 13 cents for two-sided, the same price if I were to run the copies myself. I told her I would go somewhere else, and I took back my CD and the draft hard copy. I lost confidence in the professional duplicating services of Office Depot. This took place at the store on Geronimo, in El Paso, Texas, on Sunday, June 24, 2007, at 1:00 p.m.

I went in for photo paper and asked a representative (Caesar) for help. He was so courteous and even took paper out and printed something out for me so that I could see what it would look like on that piece of paper, a true professional. Then I asked him some questions pertaining to photo printers and this gentleman knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend visiting this store. I am sorry for "sechols" but that was 4.5 years ago and theyve changed.

Is Office Depots is filled with incompetent workers. Try to make copies and they said I need to make a work order which would take till 5 PM I came in at 9:30 AM it was literally just one copy on card stock. Tried to ship some envelopes international and after inputting all the information for three envelopes they told me that the only option cost $114. Then I made 4 cuts on a piece of paper and they tried to charge me 299 per cut which is ridiculous.

Turns out Office Depot lied about their warranty when they sold it to us! Told us it was linked to our rewards account and we didnt need to keep the receipt. If anything happened just bring it back to the store. Not so much. You do need the receipt, you have to call a third-party company and file a claim and they dont have any record in their system that they sold you the product. Never again!

Been there several times over last 2-3 months. Staff friendly and helpful. Store usually has what I need, but what I especially like is quick on and off access to our East/west freeway and usually fast in and out as they are seldom very crowded. Amazing to me as is in a high traffic area.

Helpful associates, quality products and great brands. If they dont have an item they work hard to find it elsewhere or order it for you with free delivery. When prices arent the best theyll price match. They have free PC diagnostics and fix phones in about an hour.

Go to Kinkos. This office Depot is horrible with print and copy. They advertise quick same day service but only 1 print working. They could have at least put sign saying only 1 machine working. Employees move like molasses. No sense of urgency.

I go here for all my business printing needs. Not the best but they work very well in a pinch. And they will correct a problem with no complaint. Wins points in book. Prices arent the best but sometimes its just good to pay for convenience.

I do not recommend this particular Office Depot. One of the employees by the name of Ricardo was very rude and not helpful at all. This guy does not need to be dealing with people. I ended up leaving empty handed.

I totally shattered my iPhone screen. They price-matched the Apple Store and fixed it in half an hour. Employees were very helpful. While waiting, several employees asked if we needed help.
