My wife and I are building a home in North Utah County and upon the recommendation of our builder we drove down to the Provo store to check out the Marvin windows and doors. As we drove up to the store we thought they might be closed because all the lights were off in the East showroom, however, we found the door open and upon walking in, I flipped a couple of light switches and we were good to go. I could hear voices over at the service counter as my wife and I looked at doors and tested various windows and I kept thinking that someone would come over to ask if we needed help or had any questions. Nothing... I then walked over towards the service desk and made eye contact with the two kids at the counter who were talking about tuition and books, but they could not be bothered to acknowledge us much less say hello. We then made our way in front of them and took a long look at the shower doors, thinking that for sure they would come over and say something. Nothing... We were in the shop for over 20 minutes before we left completely dumbfounded by our experience. I get that its a Saturday and that their main sales team is not in the store on weekends, but if youre going to have employees staff the store and have them sitting behind a customer service counter, it seems that they would at least have the courtesy to greet people when they walk in, even if they cant be of any real help. Were hoping the level of service improves if we end up using Jones Paint and Glass for our project. Our first impressions have not been that great and another big read flag is that every negative Google review has the following rote response which does little to drive confidence about Jones customer orientation: "Were sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with Jones Paint & Glass. Weve been serving Utah County for over 75 years and strive to provide excellent care, service and products to our customers." A better response might be to suggest that the customer contact Jones customer care so that their issue can be resolved.

Very unprofessional, I have asked for a color paint they have on their chart but they cant match it right. Three times Bryan could not make the match from their own charts!! According to him all I wanted was free paint as if paint is all the matters. How about labor? ( remove by sanding and stripping) First he said it takes one week for their products to settle and then he said it will take a month! For shim and color to look right. The is a bunch of lies and deceiving. I feel bad for all the people that dont know much about paint and joness can get away with all their crap. I told them I will never set foot in their store and as expected they just said GOOD! Manager is good friends with this Ryan who if ask about primary colors he will ask you how do you eat that? That guy has no business mixing paint. You can find same product at home depot for less price! And they always stand for Exellent customer service. Unfortunately I came to this place.

A Jones Paint & Glass employee by the name of Chris Taylor gave me a quote of 115$ + tax for a new windsheild in February of 2011, told me I should wait until June when it was time to renew my car registration, and that they would honor the quote then. He gave me his card with the quote written on it, stapled to our origianl receipt (we had purchased a new windshield from them in 2008) and said "see you in a few months" Well here we are June 2011 a few months later and Jones Paint & Glass refuses to honor there own quote! Apparently the employee is no longer with the company, and they do not feel the need to take care of customers that have been loyal to them. We will never be back again, we had a horrible time getting ahold of any employees, and got the run around, and their managment has no business sense. I will definetily be telling others not to EVER use Jones Paint & Glass! Theyre dishonest and dont care about their customers.

I had Jones Paint and Glass install 6 new window in my home and out of six window only two were installed straight, and I dont mean slightly off, they are noticeable slanted, my neighbors have even commented on how slanted they are, and if that is not bad enough they broke 2 tiles in two separate room on the window ledge, I first emailed the salesmen he called and said he would stop by, he didnt say when but he did leave me a message saying the windows looked okay, Im guessing they looked good from his truck, my kids were home all summer they never saw him and I asked them to watch for him, I call there office twice they sent me to a voicemail and they have not called back. I would not recommend using them.

Having worked with Jones Paint & Glass for the past 20 years, I have come to really appreciate and value the qualified workers that help you make decisions for paint, stain, and any product they have. Recently, I bought new windows for my house and appreciated the very knowledgeable sales representative and qualified installation team. They gave great service as the installation went quickly and on time. They even did some extra work to fit the windows, because they didnt quite come out like they had planned. They fixed the windows without extra charge and took the cost themselves.

January 31, 2011 I have used Jones Paint & Glass for the past 11 years and never fail to be impressed with their customer service. They actually take the time, patiently and none pushy, to help you choose color schemes and give guidance with any question that you have. Once, the snow cone machine for our schools fund-raiser broke but nobody would fix it in time for the function. Jones Paint & Glass stepped in and put a rush priority so that it would be done for the school to use. You don’t get family values and priorities like that very often nowadays.

we do a fair amount of business with you guys and i have always been happy except when i deal with your commercial side, cant seem to get them to call me back or communicate price estimates , has been a month and a half and still getting the -well look into it and call you back. and then i get nothing. I do not have time to chase down contractors after they said they would take care of it and get me an estimate. And it would be nice after you finish a job to give a call and finish up. If that was better you would get a full 5 stars from me.

I had a window that needed to be replaced, and Veronica helped me. Can I just say that this girl knows what she is doing !! Was really refreshing to be treated so well ! She was so friendly and Helpful, and QUICK !! I will most defiantly go there again when I need glass work and will recommend all my family and friends. Good Customer seems so hard to find now days but not with this business. When you go there, ask for Veronica she was a Great help to me.
