WORST company and customer service EVER! I am so incredibly disappointed. First we put in a door. They screwed up and measured the door wrong and put a door bolt in the ground, that not only started to screw up the brand new flooring we had just put in, but was a tripping hazard. Instead of being bolted into the floor as agreed upon, they tried to fix the problem with two, dollar coin sized pieces jutting out of the floor, raised about 3 inches high. They finally answered my call and fixed it months after the problem. We decided to give them another try, since companies make mistakes and we were hoping we would have a better experience the second time. The sad thing is, we were dead wrong. We had guys come out a day later than promised to come measure for our glass white board. They then set a date for installation. When they came out, they left without installing the board and leaving a huge liability laying on the ground in our meeting room. They stated that they grabbed the wrong installation hardware and that they would go grab it and then come back. Not only did they not come back, but they did not call. We called a week later and they had to put us on the schedule again. This is after waiting for the original 3 weeks for the first appointment. Now we are expected to wait another 2 weeks. They acted as if them coming out for the second time was our fault. For one, completely unprofessional and ridiculous and two, we have a huge glass piece on the floor where we hold our meetings, completely unacceptable. If it just stopped here, we would have had a horrible experience. Unfortunately for us, it keeps on getting worse. They come out the second time. They dink around for a bit in the back and then come back to my desk and tell me AGAIN "Oh we grabbed the wrong install equipment". WAIT, SERIOUSLY?? YOU GRABBED THE WRONG HARDWARE FOR THE SECOND TIME? Imagine my surprise, when the only thing they had to bring (mind you the huge glass piece is still laying on our meeting floor for 6 weeks now) was the hardware and they bring the wrong thing, for a second time. They did not double check to see if they had the right pieces. I of course, like a rational person asked "You are coming back right?" They laughed and shrugged it off saying "Of course we will be back". I had to remind them that they did not the last time. They didnt say anything after that and left. Next thing we know, we get no call, e-mail, nothing. I call up and let them know our distaste for the whole situation. The manager felt bad and said he had nooooo clue this was going on. He promised me a call. Oh and I got a call, A WEEK LATER. He blames another company for not sending the harware. REALLY? Then he tells me that they are working on it and it should not be any later than Friday June 23rd or Monday the 26th. I give them a call today (June 26th) and they bounce me around in the system. I finally get bounce into the schedulers (Hannahs) voicemail. I am so incredibly frustrated. Instead of being an ethical company and taking money off for our frustration. Or keeping us in the loop at all, they are too busy blaming other people for their mistakes and miscommunication. I worked for a construction company, and you better believe if our Salesmen put in the wrong orders for our clients, the owner would get in his car and drive down to our manufacturer and get the client what they needed and give them a discount on top of all of this. I will never use this company again and make sure to let others know how horrible of an experience this was . I would never want another office to go through the complete unprofessional and pain we did. On top of that we have forked over thousands of dollars to this company. I wish I could give negative stars. Completely disgusted and will be using another company next go around. Here is the update. So they did call me as this stated below. They came out and put the glass piece up. Oh and left huge mistake holes all over our newly painted wall. This company amazes me with the horrible service they provide.

TERRIBLE! We took our newly restained and polyurethaned table top to Jones paint and glass on Oct. 5th to have it measured for a glass topper. The guy who helped us did a terrible job measuring and told us itd take a week or so. We paid our balance- $281 + change- in full at that time. We were also told that theyd give us a call in a few days. After not receiving a call I drove to the store taking my table top with me so they could make sure the measurements were right. When I asked about our glass the man helping us asked if I was talking about the round table (ours is a rectangle with rounded edges). I explained to him that ours wasnt round and he seemed surprised. He then took my table top and told me hed give me a call in a few days. that was about b4 days after the initial measurements were taken. Turns out the glass top was cut wrong, surprise! Over the course of the next few weeks they cut 3 more tops. The first apparently broke in the truck that was delivering it to their store (they ended up having rocky mountain glass cut it for them), the second (actually the third overall) was cut wrong, again, and the last was finally done right. I called to complain about how long everything was taking because wed been without a table (since they had my table top) for a month and I was not ok with that. I got the run around for 2 days about how the manager wasnt there even after I was told hed been left notes to call me. Yesterday, November 5th, he called. I expressed to him that I was frustrated about how long this was taking and that no one ever contacted me throughout the whole process, I always had to call the day after they said they would call. I asked what kind of discount he could give me because had I been told it would take over a month I would have gone somewhere else. He told me that he was already losing money at this point and that he couldnt give me a discount. Well duh youve lost money, you had to cut 4 tops! But that isnt my fault! Today my table top and glass top were delivered. There are 4+ dings along the side of the table top, dings that werent there when I dropped it off (it was literally refinished days before I gave them the top and was never used before I dropped it off). To say im mad is an understatement. This kind of business is unacceptable. Use GLASS IMAGES in orem.

Expediency /efficiency, problem-solving, and general customer care is NOT their particular strong suit. Weve been to this location at least 6 times now and likely will not go back after today when one of the managers nearly refused to make a small cut to a $9 piece of thin plexiglass without charging us more than the cost of the the glass itself for the single cut. He went on about being "a business, not a Non-For-profit" (which I had sympathy for given this is the Wasatch Front area and people are reputable cheap ). But I think his energies might have better been spent at finding a Reasonable solution , like offering a Pro-rated amount for the cut or offering to cut us a whole new piece (which again, was less than the cost of the single , 3/8ths inch cut we were asking for). Not a big deal either way in the economic sense , but they way he dealt with it seemed to validate other concerns about their valuing of customer care, etc. All that said , their prices are very good and if I could ,Id add another 1/2 star on my 2-star rating here because of that.
