They stole my pain killers one time, I never came back they stole my sisters once and my dads after he had kidney stones. One of their workers is a very bad person I got home went to put my pills in my, box and counted them out of 120 Percocet 7.5s 30 were Percocet the other 90 when I looked up the code was some anti inflamitory, which I cant take I have ulcers. This was a few years ago I only go to the Provo walgreens if its a sunday and orem family pharmacy is closed. Then when I went into get the mistake taken care of the lady told me I was lying and trying to get more pills and that she was going to call my Dr and get me red flagged, after my pills they stolen I have chronic pain I get only 30 of what Im prescribed and then that. Needless to say I suffered for a full month went back to my Dr and he cut my dose back and cut me off the following month. Now Im in constant pain and cant find a good Dr to help me. I hate walgreens in orem for what they did to me. I always will.

Used to be great! But its really gone downhill in the last year - much longer wait times, and the tech who was regularly there (at least until I switched over to the South Orem store a child months ago) always acted so judgemental and rude... not sure if its because I was uninsured at the time, or she just didnt like me, or what. I have no idea. But she was just not professional and made me feel like carp. Which really sucked, because the pharmacist their, Chris (?), was actually really nice. But, you know how often you actually deal within the pharmacists. So, I started going to the South Orem store. And Its been like night and day! The techs Ive had are much more professional, and theyre consistently much faster (only once has it even taken them 30 minutes, avg. has been about 20). They may have improved in the last couple months. But Ill be going to the South Orem store for now.

Last August my father in law died very unexpectedly. I took some photos from my mother in law to get a large canvas copy of their last vacation together that she could hang in the living room. I had no idea about the copyright issues, but the staff was very kind and told me if I did everything I could to get permission to copy the photos, couldnt get a hold of anyone to do so and signed a form relieving them of liability, theyd copy it. Luckily, many calls later, I was able to get permission from the studio to copy the picture. After that the staff helped me for the better part of an hour to get the photo just right for my mother in law. The staff was very kind, helpful and went above and beyond to help us out. You guys rock. :)

Multiple problems from losing prescriptions, dispensing the wrong medication (substituting name brand for generic to get more money), shorting on pill count, rudeness, promising to call doctor to resolve an issue but never do, thereby requiring me to make multiple calls with the doctor giving one story and Walgreens another. Walgreens has the most convenient pharmacy service with a drive-up and a smartphone app but its NOT worth the hell they put you through trying to resolve a multitude of prescription problems. Fraudulent activity?? Very likely.

Last night, I went in to pick up some photos. I did not like how they ended up being cropped. I told this to the manager who was working in the photo section, and she said, no worries, lets reprint and we will just exchange them. I went home and uploaded better copies, came back, and a new manager was working. The first manager had mentioned me BY NAME and he had my pictures ready without even asking me who I was! Very awesome. Super friendly managers.

Always a poor experience. Skip this store and go somewhere else. I have a temporary paper license and they wont accept that to pick up an OVER THE COUNTER medication for my asthma. I talked to the supervisor who gave me the same lame story about having to scan it in. No you dont have to scan it in. Thats not law. I went to the nearest CVS and they helped me out. In fact, the gentlemen there said hes heard this a few times.

No one there knows what the hell they are doing. Cant seem to hold onto employees long enough for them to actually be properly trained. No one has any knowledge about products etc and more than half the time when I do go here, I can go in and out without 1 employees saying a single word to me.

Love, love, love this Walgreens! They are by far the FRIENDLIEST Walgreens in Orem, Lehi or Provo. The Managers Cheryl & Joe are very friendly & knowledgeable about coupons - yay!
