I have had several issues with this CVS and I avoid it if possible. I have had more than one occasion where a few small items I bought somehow didnt make it into the bag after being rung up. I have had nothing but problems with the pharmacy... Having my prescription come up a few pills short, more than once... having to go all the way to pick up a paper script from my doctor, because the pharmacy messed up on the refills somehow. The pharmacist is rude. The manager is unhelpful and rude as well, and he becomes weirdly confrontational... Its really very odd. I have also been told to leave my purse at the front counter. I do understand that they may have some shoplifters, like all stores do...But telling a woman to leave her handbag with a stranger is totally odd, and its inappropriate. I said no way and left, and havent gone back since. I had all my prescriptions transferred, and since then I havent had any more problems at all with missing pills, or being treated badly for no reason. I definitely would not recommend this CVS to anyone.

Today I tried to have some photos printed. My wife and I are making photo albums for our parents as a Christmas present. We had 90 4x6 prints and 87 5x7 prints. The 4x6 prints came out fine, however the 87 5x7 (which cost roughly $175) came out on paper that was much too large for them. There was about a half inch of white border around every single of the 87 5x7 prints. When we informed the manager of the problem, she told us that its supposed to print that way and wed have to cut them out ourselves or have them cut at a print shop. Im not paying $175 for 87 prints just to have to also pay for them to be cut down, and I dont have the time to do all of that work by myself. I informed the manager that there should be a warning posted that 5x7 prints do not print on 5x7 paper, but she told me she didnt care because nobody else had ever complained about it before. I dont ever want to go to this CVS again if this is the kind of person they promote to management.

I come to this location just about every day because of the fact that I live and work within a few thousand feet of the location. The employees are awesome for the most part very helpful especially Dani will go out of her way if out of something I need she will order it for me and will let me know when its arrived at the store. Sadly on three separate occasions the store was closed 1 to 5 minutes early and the last time was tonight and I wasnt the only customer. Being in customer service I understand the desire to close simply because it may have been a bad day. From a customers view highly inconvenience especially when I was less than 12 feet away and the employee saw me as he locked the door 2 minutes early. I only needed 1 item for the early morning but now gotta go to Walmart.

Called in about getting some printer ink cartridges refilled. The automated system wouldnt direct me to where it said it would by pressing a given number, so I was directed to the pharmacy, which was busy. Waited on hold for a bit for someone at the pharmacy to direct me to another associate at the store who then directed me to a third person, who was busy. Waited around on hold for a few minutes until the call disconnected. All in all, a waste of time, and Im no further along in what I called about in the first place. Also, all of the personnel I spoke with came through very quietly. I suggest CVS invest in motivational speakers, better phones, or a PA.

Time and time again, Iv ran into situations where I have wanted advise for vitamins, how they absorb and the best way for them to absorb. Iv also needed explanations as to how my children might react when taking a medication that a Dr. Had prescribed but I was hesitant.. and lets face it. Drs know very little or perhaps wont say what would be a natural alternative. I love this pharmacy.. I love the pharmacists that work there, they will spend the time and educate you on these matters.

Typical CVS. Not the best location, but more parking than most. Its pretty far from the street corner, and the parking lot has a big dip that you can easily scrape the underside of your car. Be cautious. Not CVS s fault, but a parking lot hazard to be aware of on the south entrance on southern. Very strange.... in general its a good pharmacy. Easier to get in and out than many locations in mesa.

Every time I go to this cvs to pick up money gram if this one lady is working she always denies me from picking up money and says theres not enough money like wtf theres a moneygram there for a reason I really hope she sees this Im going to complain to corporate
