Disorganized with moronic policies and the staff who helped me had no concept of customer service. I bought a textbook online that cost $125 and was unavailable anywhere else. Turns out that my textbook wasnt required for my class so I went back to return it where I was informed that although the book was still in its packaging and I had an email invoice proving I bought it from them, unless I hung onto a random slip of paper tucked into the box they mailed it in, they wouldnt accept it. I was then informed that the textbook itself was only worth eighty cents (it was loose leaf) but it cost so much because it came with a MathLab access, which is non-transferable. So they basically told me they couldnt help me and Id just have to sell a book thats now practically worthless. Im out 125 bucks now because I didnt hang on to one specific piece of paper that they never even mentioned was important. The girl who helped me also said that this is a very common problem, which did not make me feel any better, since its clearly something they know about but they dont have the common decency to so much as mention in the email that the paper they put in your package is important or necessary for a return. I will never spend a dime here ever again, and frankly, you shouldnt either.

Get ready to loose your money. There return policy is 24 hr. Prices are high. Then your book becomes worthless at the end of the semester because UVU is changing the book for next semester. College books are a scam. They are not providing a service but extracting money out of poor students where else do you see 25th version of books?not that other bookstores are better. Off campus is even worse.... What can you do?

The bookstore will have all the supplies that you need for college. Make sure to explore your options when getting textbooks here, they are not always the cheapest option! However they do sell online access codes for some classes at a reduced price, just make sure to ask one of the employees.

The bookstore is fine. Just plan on paying more for everything than you would online or at Walmart. The staff is usually helpful.

Quick, easy experience. And they take Tap-and-Pay, which is super convenient!
