Kind of looks nice, but book selections are sparse and the music they play makes you feel like youre in church... Dont really want that experience when Im out shopping and just want to have a good time. Good for a Deseret Book. Service is good, but the employees can be super suffocating with all of their constant "can I help yous?" throughout the store. Its a book store, but I feel like I cant have a moment alone from them to just inspect a book.

this is not a normal bookstore, as i quickly learned upon entry. this bookstore is part of a vast mormon propaganda machine. the books are nearly all published by deseret or other mormon publisher. if you are a mormon, you will probably love it here. i, on the other hand, was hoping id find a stephen king novel--which you wont find here. again, more than 3/4 of the books are not normal books.

Deseret Book- University Village is a beautiful store, and clean. The customer service is great and the associates are friendly and helpful. I like that it is a spacious store with a lot of product choices. Its in a great location for shopping, definitely a go to store!

Ok store. Plenty of space inside and a good location. The checkout gets pretty slow even when there arent many people in line. They focus too much on trying to make sales at the checkout rather than make it fast.
