Used rewards program, and the girl accidentally scanned a free drink I didnt get. She didnt know how to refund and neither did anyone else, so I ended up paying for more drinks than I had. All they could say waa "sorry about that."

The employees are always very helpful and so nice. I love how when the store is slower, they are always cleaning something therefore its always clean!
