The employees are always EXTREMELY RUDE. I had several bad experiences here before I finally decided never to go back. I also have had 3 seperated acquaintances that had terrible experiences. Two of us, myself included, got cursed at and told off by one of the employees. I previously had a great experience with another circle pawn location, and had made 6 months of consecutive payments on a TV I pawned at this location. Then for no reason they started acting suspicious of me and treating me like a suspected criminal. Very rude, condescending, and incorrect (funny combo). Really low class place. Do not go here!!!

THIS IS THE BEST PAWN SHOP IN SE/SW Houston Texas. I have pawned and shopped at this location specifically for going on 6-7 years now. They give THE BEST deals on items that you are selling. They also have probably anything and everything that you may need or want. I recommend this place to ALL of my friends when they ask me where to go and pawn at. And I would suggest that you do the same! Thank you, Circle Pawn Shop Nasa Rd 1 for being so kind, understanding, and consistent all these years. Im sure ill be seeing the lot of you soon! I wish this place was a corporate pawn shop, like EZ pawn. EZ pawn sends notifications/texts to your phone when your "loan" is due, Circle Pawn does not. And by the time you call to check on your amount or loaned merchandise, they will tell you they sold it already just days before you called? and theyll say its not their problem if you forgot to make arrangements. "Mom and Pop" business are the worst, theyll do anything for the $$. BEWARE.

Ive sent several people to this place on my recommendation. The last person that I sent only used his laptop for two weeks before it started giving them problems. Do not go here. The touch mouse pad on the last laptop I bought from them the touch mouse pad went out too. Only sent people there because the laptops were cheap. Truth is you might as well pay $200 for a new one at Walmart. At least youll have a warranty.

i use this shop like crazy.. they have never been rude.. always helpful.. have been pawning with them for years and have also purchased many many items over the years.. i would diffidently recommend these guys..
