Manager has the worst attitude. I recently had my wallet taken from my cart. (My boyfriend was supposed to be watching the cart, long story) the police officers told me that I would need to go by in the morning and ask to speak with loss prevention. So like anyone else I was there as soon as I could the next day. This manager flew over on her broom, got in my face and proceeded to scold me as if I was a child or from munchkin land. I had not even said one word to her. I was so appalled. She was absolutly irate because the fact that she had, unbeknownst to me, already spoken to my boyfriend and told him she could not do anything over the phone earlier that day. I had to wait for her to finish her rant and then ask if I could talk. She rolled her eyes at me and crossed her arms and green smoke began to escape her ears. My very first words to her, after waiting 15 minutes to speak, were that- One, I was not aware she had spoken to him, Two I was told by the police to come back, and that is fine if I need to go back to them I can. However she had absolutly no right to speak to me the way she did. I told her that I thought she was out of line and I did not do anything to her to justify her demeanor. I had not even said one word to this WITCH. She is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered, and I have been in hospitality management for 7 years. I hope by now someone has dropped a house on her. If not well Im sure Karma will hit her, or a big pot of water soon enough. The rest of the management staff in that evening were very kind, but I do not see any of them anymore. The lady who works in the jewelry department (usually see her in the evening) and the older gentleman who works in the paint and supply section are so helpful. They have both gone out of their way to help me. Its a shame they have to work under the wicked witch of kitty hawk.

Waited for 30 minutes for some to come over to unlock the radio case, not sure if they ever showed up because I left. 930 at night employees every where but no one came. To many other stores that want my money to stand around after a 13hr shift on my feet moving all day. The initial helper wasnt much help. He just walked with me back to the case and then decided to go get the key holder. While waiting I did try to make eye contact with employees in vests, Id assume supervisors from the amount of keys, one walked my direction looking right towards me then made a sharp turn. Ive been to Walmarts where if you are standing in front of a case or looking out from case isle every employee that walks past asks if you need help. But I guess this walmart gets too busy stocking to remember the customer is still there.

I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN, ALL OF THE MANAGERS HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES, Specifically The CSMs ...They Just Opened Last Year And No One Have The Proper Training, By Far The Worst Walmart Ive Ever Been To, The Customer Is Never Right. Poor Service.. Co Manager Veronica Doesnt Care To Help, Austin The Support Manager Act Like He Is Happy To Tell The Customers No. Never Again... I Have Been A Loyal Customer Since They Open. Shop Here Everyday Because Its Only 3mins From Me. I Rather Drive 10mins To The Nacodoches Store From Now On..

There is no sign at the door saying it was closed, so I asked the girl at the service desk on the way to the other door. I got a seriously disrespectful and snotty answer of "we paged it for the past half hour and it ALWAYS closes at night." I am hearing impaired and overhead speakers sound muffled and garbled to me, so that does not help me one bit and neither did her attitude about it. I didnt know that because I dont often shop and Wal-Mart and tonight I was reminded why that is. We will not be back.

Just as bad as any Walmart. I thought Id give it a try since its close and brand new if figure theyd have a better standard than most walmarts but nope. Same products, always very little cashiers and LONG lines, youd think theyd figure it out but its that corporate greed of not paying another employee. Walmart is everything thats wrong with this country, low paying workers who cant make enough that end up depending on our government. Good thing theres an HEB next door.

Very strange and awful experience. They dont accept most coupons here (which stinks but whatever) and were SO mean about it! The manager and other staff all stood around me staring as I finished checking out - really weird!!! I was very polite to them and they acted like we were going to rob the place. If youre a couponer or just want decent service, DONT GO HERE. The prices werent even that great, and its certainly not worth the harassment.

Extremely rude employee and customer service manager. Attempted to return a tablet within the 90 day time period. Was told that it had to have been returned within 15 days. I dont have issue with adhering to rules, but the employee and manager were not courteous or empathetic. They were curt and condescending, as if I were doing something wrong by attempting to make an exchange. Customer service skills need to be greatly improved.

Super clean, very friendly staff. Doesnt get 5 stars because there seems to never be more than 1 -2 registers open regardless of time of day or the number of people trying to checkout. And the self checkouts are slow and have a lot of errors. Such as when you scan something and place it in your bag, it tells you there is an unknown item in the bagging area. Apparently you are supposed to hold everything in your hands until you pay.

Was buying rachet straps, sticker said $10.99 for 4 pack one was $3. Got charged $14.84 told customers service about it they went to check the price and said I was wrong so got my money back. Went to look for new ones and the price sticker was taken off shelf and $14.84 was for the fancy rachet straps next to it. Customer service is poor if they have to lie and not just admit a mistake

While the building itself is new, the produce department is in a constant state of disrepair. Theres mold on bananas, there is almost never enough bags to put produce in, and the shelves are constantly understocked. If youre looking for something, when you do manage to find an employee, they do help pretty well. However, the H-E-B a block away is much more capable for groceries.

Very nice walmart, and fairly new. The inly thing I really dislike about this location is that they close the store at midnight instead of being 24 hours. I learned this the hard way around christmas time when I went to do some last minute late night shopping and they closed before I was done shopping and had to find another walmart to go to.
