The Good Feet store is a scam. They claim that they can offer you relief for as little as $69.99 but in reality that option is only available if you pay $30 for a cheap thin "cusion" as well as 30 for a little piece of plastic that goes on the tip of this cusion to "keep it in place." Both are of course absurdly overpriced. Unfortunately, I looked the other way and forked over the $140 total for their cheapest option. I was horribly disappointed. The insert simply applies pressure on the inside of your arch. They feel fine for a short while but then they start to get uncomfortable quick. Im convinced that this whole operation is simply exploiting the placebo effect. People assume that these things will work because they are so astronomically expensive. Keep in mind that what I purchased was the "temporary" or the cheap one. Their "full package" costs $1200! The full package is just an insert almost exactly like the temporary but with a lifetime $25 replacement warrenty. The salespeople at The Good Feet Store are slick! They set you up with the whole package and insert it into your shoe, so when your paying and you realize that instead of being $70 its actually $140, you have little recourse for backing out at that point. To top it off, all sales are final at the Good Feet Store. Doesnt that raise a red flag? The whole operation is just slimey. In conclusion, The Good Feet Store is a con job. They are selling an ineffective product for a very premium price while blatantly deceiving you about the price. Dont fund this scam. If nothing Ive said has convinced you that theyre con artists, I leave you with this: the employees of the Good Feet Store dont use their own product! The product that they say will eliminate foot pain for anyone!

I came into store with a goal to be pain free in a comfortable pair of shoes that I could work in.I told the sales associate I work in a restaurant 10 hrs plus a day and need black slip resistance shoes. After sitting me down for an hr showing me all the inserts and brought out one pair of black shoes said they did not have many options in slip resistant black shoes I looked on bottom no where did it say slip resistant but he told me that they were if they werent he would not have brought them out for me to see told me the price was over one thousand For the whole system. purchased half 545 the shoes alone being 169.00 then and rest would be in steps. I slipped and fell they had no traction looked at the shoe I called the hotline on where I used to purchase shoes for work and they told me look for this symbol and that symbol and see if its stamped with oil and slip resistant. No where did it say and I fell for his lie when he said these are exactly what I need and it fit all the criteria I had asked for. Making a buck off me was more his intent then my safety. When a customer asks for something give it to them if he did not have the shoe theres still a great chance I would have gotten inserts anyways but found shoe else where I could have tried these on and then wore them out like I did for after work comfort etcc.. and purchased new pair of work shoes else where to put insert into. I trusted and was taken advantage of. Lucky for me I wasnt hurt but had to have customers help me up and waited for me to remake there entire meal.

I was hit by a car several years ago and have had terrible pain in my feet for years. My pain was so intense that I tried to go to larger shoe sizes thinking I was in the wrong sized shoe. Once in the Good Feet supports I was astounded in the relief I felt. At the Good Feet Store Kenny was the most amazing man! He took his time to try several supports that made my poor feet feel amazing. Kenny suggested that I try on a shoe that was 2 sizes smaller than what I wore. He taught me that the shoe I had on was WAY too big making my pain worse. The supports feel amazing and I simply would not go without them. I would not hesitate to recommend the Good Feet support to anyone who has ANY foot problems at all. THANKS KENNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited the Good Feet Store in The Woodlands today for my periodic "tune-up" and Terrin was very helpful and replaced my arch supports, wedges and additionally swapped out my cushions with fresh new cushions. I initially purchased my arches in 2014 due to foot pain. I was initially a skeptic but decided to purchase all the arch supports and it was indeed a wise decision. As a Real Estate Broker in The Woodlands, I am often on my feet showing properties for an entire day and the arch supports help reduce foot pain and reduce lower back pain when on my feet all day. I Strongly recommend them to everyone with foot or back pain as they are well worth the investment.

Went in with heel pain so they walked me through their deal measuring my foot and bringing some inserts for me to try. Finally matched me up with something the relieved the pain immediately. Push come to shove we find out that its a 3 step program that you purchase for $1,037.00. Theres another program you can get that costs $400.00, then theres a 3rd option of $200.00. The radio advertisement says pain relief for as low as $69.00 theres nothing they offer that is $69.00. I drove from Tomball, TX to the Woodlands, TX and walked out settling for $160.00 inserts. The pain isnt gone but its better than it was. Will give it some time hopefully this will work.

I would like to give a shout out to Mr. Josh Winders of Good Feet Store in the Woodlands! Such outstanding customer service ....utmost courtesy and professionalism. I really appreciate that the took the time to ask questions, which is very important when dealing with problem feet! He replaced my old inserts with proper fitting ones, which addressed the 3 problem areas I have. My feet feel SO much better! These inserts make a huge difference and restore the foots balance. When your inserts wear out, simply return them and Good Feet replaces them for a small charge. Well worth the cost! Thanks again Josh and The Good Feet Store!

I was a little nervous when I first walked into The Good Feet Store, Woodlands; however, Terrin Wilson put me right at ease. Pleasant and professional, Terrin proceeded to walk me through each step to pinpoint those areas of foot pain. My main problem is Plantar Fasciitis and heel pain specifically in my right foot. Terrin recommended their 3-step system and fitted my feet with the appropriate inserts. My right foot is improving as I work the system and adjust to the correct positioning of my feet. Im very happy with Terrin and the entire organization. She enjoys her job and it shows. Kind regards, Eileen Cornelsen

We have been wearing your product since the late 90s with great success. Our feet, legs, knees and back were painful with aches and cramping. Upon trying the Good Feet system we received immediate and lasting relief. Our most recent visit to your Woodlands location for a checkup proved to be exceptional. Our representatives Rachel and Josh did a thorough fitting which helped tremendously. We are impressed and grateful for their knowledge and help. We have referred several of our Family and Friends over the years, and will continue to highly recommend you to others. So glad youre in our area. Thank you Good Feet!
