I purchased 2 pairs of the same style Sesto Meucci sandals in two different colors that were on sale and noted "final sale". Each pair of sandals on sale still cost $128 plus tax. After wearing one pair for about 4 hours my feet began to hurt on the outside of my little toes on both feet and blisters were beginning. I returned the second pair which were not worn to the store and showed the salesperson my red toes and asked for a refund as the shoes hurt my feet. My salesperson Branch Merrell advised me that she also had a pair and advised me that I could put scotch tape on my toes to wear the shoes like she did. I wish she had told me that prior to my purchase. Wouldnt that look cute wearing the shoes on a cruise with scotch tape on my toes? I was told I could ONLY exchange them for something else. I looked around the store and could not find anything I wanted to exchange them for. I contacted my credit card company and I am working with them to resolve this stores unwillingness to refund my money. This store in my opinion does not care about their customers so be forewarned and my advice is to shop elsewhere.

Di is our VERY favorite - she is the most helpful saleslady I have ever known, full of great energy, and knows shoes (fashion and how they fit) like the back of her hand. Our visit to Marmi is our favorite shopping stop on every girls trip to Houston!!
