These teenage girls do not know how coupons work and do not know simple math. I had a coupon for extra 30% off all clearance purchases and I bought three items on clearance. When they scan the coupon, it only took 30% off one item and not the rest. I got different explanations from different employees that didnt add up and eventually they come to the conclusion that it did take 30% off the entire purchase, AFTER taxes. Thats not how coupons work! Even if it was the case, my total would have still been a lot less than what I was supposed to have paid. I decided to return everything and they refused to give me my original receipt along with my return receipt. I hardly ever write reviews for a place, but I have never worked with such incompetent people before!

Last Friday I tried buying a pair of sandals and a pair of Jake and the Neverland Pirates shoes for my toddler the box said $12. When I was getting rang up they came up to around $30 I said are you kidding me the box says $12 the man didnt apologize for the box being wrong or anything he said it was wrong and not his fault then refused to sale me the sandals. He said if all I was getting was the sandals he wasnt breaking my $100 this was not the first time This happened. A couple weeks ago I tried to buy the same sandals and when It was my turn in line they asked me to just come back later because their system went down.

Nice store and some good shoes but not enough sizes in all of the styles and colors.
