If you are a painter… Avoid this place like the plague… Now if you are going to get the basics like caulking, Drop cloths, primer, and Tape..this is always a grab and go place for a good price… But if you are planning a matching paint at this location, get ready for the circus to be in town.. for starters I was waiting at the counter 8 to 10 minutes with no one even in the location whatsoever. Finally got a hold of someone and they called over the intercom… They still did not come… The person who initiated the first call and it up coming and helping me… she had no idea she was doing… Another lady and a gentleman worker showed up laughing about a wrong color match which they were having trouble with... before you know if there was three people not knowing what the heck they were doing… I finally got my match and it was not off but way off… Politely got my piece of wood with the off match on it and very politely let her know that they really really need to get people to know what they are doing… three people there and not one could make a simple match… Not looking for a perfect match to touch up just something close and if I could post the picture you would not believe the match… Totally wasted an hour and 15 minutes of my day and I am texting this at sure when Williams and the guy just showed me a perfect match… All Im saying is please get someone to train the people in the paint department… Now I will be calling the general manager of that location so this does not happen to anyone else

The store itself is ok but a lot of the associates need to learn how to greet customers.. I tend to shop there early in the morning and can barely get the door greeter to even say welcome to Walmart.. then as I go through the store finding the things I am shopping for I always see associates talking about things they did the previous evening and not even so much as acknowledge me as a customer in their store.. if this store wasnt a hop skip and a jump from where I live Id never shop there.. now lets move on to the gas station..This place is staffed with the worst of the worst Walmart employees.. Whoever the manager of it is seriously needs to learn how to order goods they offer for sale inside the convienance store to meet the demand for these items.. They offer any size soda for $0.88 and on quite a few occasions the soda or tea is out of stock or they run out of cups, straws or lids quite often.. I have a bit of a commute to work and like to have my drive soda on the way and why would I want to pay more than $0.88 for it... A few times I have purchased a soda when they did have cups and such just to be disappointed cause it was flat... This Sore has been open for over a year now and one would expect to be able to get the customer service that Walmart strives for.. Who knows maybe they will get their act togather or they wont.. I hope a manager reads this and does something to improve my shopping expierance

Calling at 7:05 to find out if they have a key-making machine but no answer after over 20 rings, no recorded message to transfer me to any department or at least some general information about the store. One time my husband stopped by on his way home to pick-up some grocery and they had water infused with lemonade but was told the tap was not working. My husband was betting they have not replaced it hours later when we came back so I went to get some and was told that the tap was not working. They knew it was not working so either they replace the container or take it out of sight. Another time they had infused water by the grocery entrance but I was told by the person manning it they dont have cups! Can she not at least offer to get cups or even a crack of a smile? Walmart pay that person to stand there and inform people "No cups." ?! One of the things that make me like going to Walmart than nearby HEB and Kroger is I feel like they have gone one step above in showing they care for their customers by making cold water available to all who walks in the door. You walk in a store after a long drive or a short walk from the hot sun in the parking lot and is welcomed by the sight of cold water infused with fruit is like a "You are welcome and appreciated here." sign. In this Walmart though, the sight of water you cannot have creates customer dissatisfaction.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed an online order for pickup and was never contacted. When calling the store I waited about 20 minutes and still did not get anyone to assist me even after requesting to speak with the store manager. I finally gave up and went to the store and waited about an hour. They could not find my order and due to my husbands card that placed the order I could not return it. The associate asked the manager (Tasha) if they could do anything and he said no without any care of what was going on. I requested she get someone to bring my item to my vehicle then quickly since I had already wasted my time. Tasha had no response and I then waited another 15 minutes and the female associate felt bad so she loaded the bike on her own to be brought to my care. I have never felt so undervalued by a store and to top it off the manager on duty had zero customer service skills. Due to this being the only manager on duty when I called I see why she didnt bother to answer when calling. If you do not want to work in customer service then dont. If I could I would give this store a zero since is has been the worst of the Walmarts I have ever visited.

Its a brand new store but its already feeling like an older one. Everything started off really well when it first opened. The prices were great, most of the clothing were of a decent quality, and the other goods were well stocked and presented. Now (just a few months in) the prices arent as competitive (I can find similar groceries at Krogers for less), the clothing aisles are not fully stocked as I often find that theyre out of my size, and the outside of the garden center was a mess (with dried plants or plants that were in the process of dying, and a small selection of items). Im disappointed that the store is showing these signs so soon.

Wal-Mart often has the lowest prices on ammunition, but in the many, many times I have attempted to save a few bucks by shopping here instead of a sporting goods specialty or firearms store, I have ALWAYS had great difficulty trying to find an employee to assist me. Today was the last time. In fact, 2 associates walked heedlessly by as I stood alone at the firearms counter... Id rather pay extra at a store like Academy, Gander, or Spring Guns where I can actually get help or simply select the ammo myself. If only I could get a refund for all the wasted time spent TRYING to shop Wal-Mart for ammunition.
