so, two things. a)random people are clearly being paid/incentivized to write positive reviews here. They may well be a great shop, but the speech here is so damn formulaic its blatantly obvious to anyone reading. Because I consider this a deceptive business practice, guess what folks, I wont be shopping here! Of course, I wont be shopping at NTB either, because b)go look at their reviews right quick. Where this is all five-stars, NTB has nothing but one-star reviews. And hey, they may well genuinely suck. So whats the point? The point, is that you guys have made Googles review feature more or less completely useless. It doesnt benefit you, it doesnt hurt "the other guy", all it does is make consumers mistrust google reviews. Why are you guys all so scared of an informed consumer? Come to think of it, I find this practice annoying enough, I think Ill write - and give freely to google - another researchbot, that automates the process of finding out which marketing organization is behind fake reviews. Because really, every single one of you people posting is a verifiable certifiable asshat. I need tires, and instead of being able to go to something and read about two different shops, i have to go and read a bunch of contrived fake gobshite because some idiots somewhere in some trailer park think people cant actually spot fake reviews. Really? Sod off. I think Ill just put the tires on my f**king self.

I took a day off to get new tires early in the morning so I can spend the rest of the day doing other errands. I showed up 30 minutes before opening at 8am. Parked in front. Side door opens on the other side at 8am and they start helping people who just showed up and parked on the side entrance. Once I am in the showroom, I waited another 8 to 10 minutes before someone helped me. Let me state that I had called the day before to ask them if they had my specific tire in stock. They told me yes, they had plenty. So when I showed up, they were quick to take my credit card payment, then, they tell me they dont have the tires in stock and that they would send out for them. Long story short, others who showed up after me were in and out and on their way. My tires showed up over an hour later. My car did not move for over an hour from where I pulled in and parked in the front. When I finally did get the new tires put on, 30 minutes later I drove my car on the freeway at 60mph and the whole front end shook. I had to take it back that day and they had to re-balance all the tires. Waited another 40 minutes. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. They were quick to sell me tires, but then let me down with customer service once they had my payment in full.

I noticed that my wifes tire on the back of her car was losing air constantly and actually had some tread that was coming off the inner tire so I asked her to take into Discount while she had the day off. We ended up getting 4 new tires and a spare because the spare wasnt usable either. It cost a pretty penny but that stuff happens and wasnt a big deal. Some of this might be nit-picky but I guess I expected better service from SERVICE companies: 1. The guys there tried to get my wife to buy new wheels which would have costed another 500 dollars when they werent needed. Seemed to me as if they were trying to take advantage of a girl. 2. The put on the tires and the wheels were never cleaned. Instead they were covered in dust because of the tire changes and the car looked disgusting. 3. We bought the spare and instead of putting the spare back into the space where it was, they decided to just throw it in the trunk and let us figure it out. Again, it might be small details but any young woman shouldnt feel like she is getting taken advantage of when she gets her car fixed and if you want to have customers come back, then make the extra effort and do things right. We will likely be finding another tire shop to take our business next time.

I own a 2007 Nissan Altima and went in to replace the Brigdestone Turanza EL400s that came on the car. I did my research and read that the Michelin Primacy MXV4 was the best tire for that class and had them put those on my car. They didnt have the 215/55 tires that came stock and recommended that I put 225/55 tires on instead. The tires worked out great except that I just didnt like the way the tires looked - they look a little fat and not as sporty as the EL400s. After Id been driving them for a week, they were willing to replace them with another brand. I decided to go back to the EL400s and had them order them directly from Bridestone. The only thing was I decided not to go with the EL400s after they came in because of all of the terrible reviews and I wanted to go with the Bridestone Serenitys instead. Even after they had ordered the EL400s that I asked them to order, they were still willing to work with me to make me happy. They do everything within reason to make the customer happy, even if the customer cant seem to make up their mind. I will continue doing business with them as long as I live close to here. Speak to Brian or Eric, they will make it happen.

I have been here 3 times because of nails or other objects in one of my tires, and all 3 times I have been taken care of promptly and justly. They always fix em for free when other tire shops would have charged me at least $30. They have always been honest and Ive never felt like I was being ripped off. I will DEFINITELY be back here for replacement tires simply because of the great service. *Update 7/4/14* To that user that posted that all these reviews were fake, have you ever even been to this establishment? Or are you just trolling? Look at all my reviews on Google. Do they look fake? Maybe these guys have so many good reviews from random people because they actually do a great job and treat their customers right. I went again because of a screw in one of my tires and they fixed it at no cost. They were prompt and courteous. They dont try to pressure you to buy anything you dont need either. I bought my last set of new tires from here and I dont mind spending money here the next time I need another set.

Oh my GOD! I came in for 2 tires, alls I had was $220 on me, I thought I would wait a couple of weeks to buy 2 more. Plus 1 of my rear tires was separated and vibrating. I asked Brian to replace my back tires and rotate them to the front. Brian said he couldnt put the new tires on the front, because my old tires wouldnt be safe on the rear, but I still insisted he put the new ones on the front. He said OK, let me find some different tires to put on the back. I thought he would put some used tires on and I thought that was great. When my car was ready witch only took half an hour there was 4 new tires on my car! I dealt like !WOW! Brian said "Customers Safety is our top priority" and be sure to come back and buy the additional road hazard warranty for the other 2 tires. And I will! Thanks Brian and Discount Tire Company for the tires, I will tell everyone what you did for me.
