The store was kind of messy, Prices were great, but I bought an item that was previously broken and returned. I didnt find out until i had gotten home. When i called to ask if I could return the item (i still had the receipt and packaging) I was told that because it was broken, they wouldnt take it back. Was very upset with their customer service, and the way they treated me over the phone.

Went in with my daughter, and was very pleasantly greeted at the door. From there we went to the cosmetic aisle, where another employee asked if she could help us and proceeded to listen to our explanation and help us look for the item. I have never in all my years shopping at Big Lots have this happen. I also noticed how clean the store was. Keep up the outstanding work.

Went in just to look around and spent $25. You know how that goes. Love this place most everything is last years products, but that is fine with me. Store a little messy. Lots of help offered to me. It is nice to see plenty of employees to get help if needed. Unlike many stores today that have no employees.

Havent been there in a few months noticed a new worker and very dislike how the manager talked to her . She kept calm and continued her job. Just because youre over someone dont give you the right to be rude. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

They have a lot more products. You were products. Very interesting products. Very clean area. Easy to walk through. And easy to park and get in and out.
