Todays drop off deserves 1/2 a star. The 2 young fellas that unloaded my car were polite to me but Ive never seen less care taken for things that were NOT trash. I watched as they broke at least 2 appliances by dropping them to the pavement when they grabbed more than they could carry. I had to finally step in when they started snagging and ripping the clothes because there were some very nice items and someone would be happy to have designer clothes at thrift store prices but not if theyre torn and snagged. I run a business helping people purge their homes and offices, so I come to this location fairly frequently. If these guys are working next time I pull up, I Ill have to come back another time or find somewhere else.
