This place was amazing. Rob S, and both Rob H. Were the best people for customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. I called to have an order put together for an event that i was bartending and Robert S., was kind enough to go over and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I told him the day I was picking up and he said he was leaving at 4pm to ask for Robert H. Well I went to the store earlier to get it together and my order was ready. I got there around 615 and noticed that Robert S was still there. I asked, did you stick around to wait for me to get there, his response was yes I did. Omg talk about awesome customer service. They let me know about all the specials, I was not pressured into buying anything nor was I pressured to purchase more than what the original budget was. This was my first time at a Twin Liquors and it left a great impression. I will be doing business with them again, whether its personal or professional.

As soon as I walked in the store I was questioned about my age by two ladies. There was no hello or what can I help you with? When I started to fire back they used the whole "its protocol" excuse and they ask everyone how old they are. Which was a lie, because I was the only person they asked who walked in the store. The heavyset cashier with the red hair went so far as to asking my birthdate and other things like when Im pretty sure she couldnt even calculate it that fast. I didnt drive all the way from atascocita to spring to a liquor store to be harassed about my age. Ive never had this happen at any other liquor store Ive been to. However, the guy that worked on the floor was great and really nice. The only reason why this place gets two stars is because of the guy who helped me! But Im definitely not wasting my time and gas to visit this store again. Ill stick to specs!

Nice liquor store, not completely well-stocked as they didnt carry a brand I was looking for. And the prices arent too cheap either. But it sure beats traveling further to head to another liquor store!

The young man who was cashier was helpful and quite knowledgeable. A young lady wss a bit cold. But the place is well stocked with a lot of variety and and well priced.
