I live very close to the location on Antoine and I purchase some scotch there from time to time. Several months back I grabbbed a bottle of Glenlivet and when I got rang up at the register the bottle was 10 bucks more than what it was listed for. The cashier verified I was right , made and excuse, and charged me the higher price. Tonight I picked up a bottle of Balvenie. The price on the shelf said 52.49. The price at the register was 58 and change. Again I was given an excuse and charged the higher price. This from all my experiences is shady business. I manage multifamily installations of granite and cabinets at multiple high rises and complexes spread out between San Antonio and Kingsville and out to Houma, and New Orleans. Business is something I understand. I see Ralston doesnt care about keeping honest or keeping cutomers. I have been overcharged nearly 20 bucks in 2 visits and Ralston has been false advertising prices on the shelf. I am baffled that Ralston didnt honor the price that the bottle was listed at especially when it was the same size and name on the white label attached to the shelf. It was the correct label with the wrong price. Shady business. Ralston isnt part of the BBB and that doesnt surprise me either. It is a shame I live so close but can not shop at a shady store. I will tell all my friends about my experiences and advise them to shop at SPECS where business is HONEST. PEACE

Rudest customer service. Called in one minute ago and asked if they sold wholesale the lady who answered said yes but you need to call the main office. I politetly asked if she could give me the number because I lived no where near there (midland,tx) and she proceeded to say MAM im busy with customers right now? Wow never again. Never inquiring bussines again!

This place sucks. They dont do returns. I walked out with the wrong bottle, came back 5 minutes later to exchange for the correct one, but they didnt have it. To top it off, they refused to return my money. Very unsatisfied customer. I had to buy a different bottle, which cost more. Will not be returning here. Place is ghetto as well.

Seemed slightly overpriced and it took a while to check out because their credit card system is so outdated we had to wait for the other registers transaction to go through to run our card. But they have a decent selection and the staff was friendly.

This store has become my go to store. Staff is great, very helpful. I ask for a recommendation on a cognac and lucked up on Courvoisier. They always have sales and the newest selection.

Not a huge selection, but thats to be expected for a local place. Its got the basics and is fine in a pinch. I just cant believe they still use Dos.

Im not from here and this place was saying it was open on a sunday you need to update your times...i drove 20 minutes to see it was closed smh

Prices are Great. Staff Changes every so often. Go a few times a week. Selection is just right. Samples every other weekend.
