Ive had two major surgeries and my orthopedic surgeon recommended New Balance. A sales associate by the name of Lori spent an hour with me today trying on different sizes combined with different orthotics while smiling and be very informative. It was by far the best customer service I have eve received (including Lukes Locker) and will be purchasing from this store in the near future as soon as my incision is fully healed. Highly recommend!

The other reviews say this place isnt helpful, but theyve fixed that... At least for the day I went in (August, 2016).... Heres the issue... They are TOO helpful.. There isnt enough space in the store for how many employees make you feel pressured into asking questions. Wouldnt go here again unless I knew exactly what I wanted to buy.

We had to ask for help, then the man just stood there. Had to ask him to measure my sons feet. After 10 min of me trying to get his help, we left. Even if podiatrist recommended we wont be returning. Go somewhere else to get your New Balance shoes, or just do like we did and go to Stride Rite for your little ones shoes!

I just visited this place as one of my friend told NB has one of the best running shoes . The guy working there didnt even care about showing me some of the shoes that they have . He was behaving as if he is paying out of his pocket for my shoes . Worst customer service ever

If I could give negative stars, I would. It may be a decent store if the gentlemen behind the counter were willing to help the only customer in the store. This is the third time this has happened. I will not be returning.

Very cool boutique New Balance store. Not as large of a selection as one would think for the space, but a very cool store. Very knowledgeable staff.
