They had Bearpaw boots on sale 2 weeks ago for $45.94, I didnt make it over there until today to get them and today they were taking them off the shelf, one of the boxes said $54.95, I ask if I could have the boots at that price I was told no they are back at regular price, $59.95, now they were taking them off the shelf and shipping them somewhere? Plus this woman was rude about it!! And they had a brown pair I tried on, one of the boots was taller than the other one, I brought it to their attention so someone would not buy it, they said, oh well, we are shipping therm out! I wont ever buy anything else there and if Fanous Footwear or anybody else had them cheaper I would have definitely took them back!

Found 2 great pairs of shoes, my boyfriend went to pay for them, the credit card machine kept saying an error, so my boyfriend used his other checking account, kept saying error. So, my boyfriend said forget it and put the shoes back. Well, they charged both checking accounts and they do not want to reverse the charges. Manager claims she cannot process reversals or store returns it and it needs to go through customer service. Customer Service does not return phone calls. The store will not give out the District Managers name. I am frustrated, this company stole our money.

The location at Vista Ridge Mall had several pairs of shoes with obvious wear on the backs of the heels and the soles. I attempted to email them about it and after receiving no response for several days I asked about it on their Facebook page. My question was deleted without response. This leads me to believe that this is, in fact, their policy to sell pre-owned shoes as new.

Get my Skechers work shoes here every two years. I love them! A little spendy but my shoes, Ive worn 8 hours a day, five days a week for two years. I love them. Slip resistant, memory foam and comfortable. Great staff too.
