I did love this place and I still love the shoes but despite that, bad customer service makes me really dislike going there. This cashier/worker in Fargo with blonde hair, Stephanie if I am correct (I was fast to get out) was talking very rudly to my children and being disrespectful, not minding her own business. Clearly taking her bad mood out on me and my children. Unacceptable. Wont be going back there now most likely. As I know no-one will ever do anything about her poor work attitude.

This is an okay place with some okay variety if you need shoes RIGHT NOW. They have some okay deals and specials that they try to make seem like a carnival. Almost any shoe you want to buy there can be found cheaper on amazon, though. Significantly less expensive online.

Mixed feelings. They will run specials for you if you let them know you are planning to buy a 3rd pair of shoes. But we recently went there and their prices were way to much. Not the good deals they used to have. It was ridiculous.
