Sara was extremely helpful! She was upbeat, energetic, and happy. She found me exactly what I needed, which didnt happen to be on display. She also ran inventory storewide on the item and found it for me more in my exact size and told me who was closest and had it in stock. She also offered to get it there by the next day from that store. She was very, very helpful--unexpectedly so. My service expectations are considerably lower than what they used to be, so her old-fashioned, go-out-of-your-way-for- the-customer modus operandi really wowed me.
